Hi , I have been doing ur waist whittler regularly, I really love it. Though I have a lean frame but still lot of belly fat to loose.Ineed to work on my food habits. Do you think by just pairing with Ab sculpt I can loose inches from waist.

I was searching through ways on how to lose weights and belly that I stumbled upon your article. Thanks for sharing them up and I especially love the poster that you’ve done up. Would you mind if I could get it printed and have it up on my way when working out? 🙂

At first i just want to praise the background and presentation of the writing. Its really eye catching and appreciable.
I am 20 years old and 85 kg and doctor told me that it is just because of Hormonal Imbalance. .Now I am asked to lose weight fast plus with help of walk in morning as well as in evening for 2-3 hours and give some medicines.
What are your suggestions in this regard?

  7. Tommy says:

Good diet is essential for fast weight losing. I prefer a lot of protein and green vegetables for balance. And a lot of clear water….

    Hello Cassey!
    i hope you read this..
I have been working out these few days so i can look good wearing a dress.
But my tummy has become bigger and harder 🙁 it seems like my abs are getting covered under the fat…is there anything i can do? will this flat belly fat burner workout help? or would it make my belly look bigger?

On the side note, Thanks for your videos! 🙂 appreciate it!

Very motivative article! Commitment to your goals is crucial, though, it is possible to enjoy the process itself. When you see your shape improving, your mood is magically improving as well. In my case it’s a perfect motivation for attaining my further goals. What helps me support my body during my trainings and diets is one special nutraceutical product – Super Army Formula by Military Grade. It keeps my body energized, toned and prepared for my active lifestyle.

  11. Kathy says:

This workout is amazing! I really love all the workouts you give us.
Thanks heaps. Supporting you all the way! <3

omg, you’re like my bigger inspiration, i really love you and love the way you think and talk to all of us. I used to hate the way i looked in the mirror, even i just weight like 54kg I would always see myself fat and hate it, but when i started to follow you and read everything you say something change, i see more beautiful and love myself even more every day, i work out almost every day even i can’t do everything you do i try, my weakness is the junk food and sweetness, i still eat it sometimes and i feel bad about it but then i work even harder the next day for that chocolate bar that i eaten haha. Love you and always be the way you’re, and ignore the people that tell you you look fat and that other stupid things, you look so beautiful and inspired all of us. With all my love xoxo.

sorry if i say bad some words, i don’t write english too good, i’m from a little country call Venezuela and we only talk spanish, so i tell you in spanish to: Te amo y sigue siendo tan magnífica como eres.

  13. Lauren says:

Hey! I wanted to say a massive thank you! Cassey – your positive attitude and encouragement have changed my life. Fitness isn’t a chore anymore – it’s something I love! Thank you for all the work you do and time you give up. They say the best things in life are free and blogilates is evidence of that. Not that I wouldn’t pay to keep getting this!

  14. Erika says:

Cassey, i’ve been reading you blog and watching your videos for a wile now and i really get inspired to work out more and being healthier!!
I have i question to you though, and i now that you try to tell us teen girls not to care about thigh gaps and other superficial internet trends, but i hate the fact that people think im fat just because my thighs touch.. i was on i diet for a wile to loose weight, and my boobs (who actually didn’t really exist even before the diet) went competely flat and my ribs showed through my skin, so i decided to stop with the diet because i didn’t want to get any skinnier in those parts of my body. But even though i was (according to me) a little too skinny my thighs touched!! And thats because i have very wide shoulders and not wide hips at all.. i feel really ugly and i look like a man..
I’ve tried to eat different things that are supposed to increase your hormones so that your boobs and hips will get bigger, but none of it worked. So now i’ve seen that you can do things that are called “hip-opener-stretches” to get wider hips and my question to you is: do those stretches actually make your hips wider, like not the muscles around them but do the actual bones get wider? i don’t want that “curvy” look you get from wide hips, it’s the thigh gap im looking for. I’ve done workouts for my inner thighs and tried too lose weight like i said, so i figuered that the only way to get a thigh cap was if my legs were further away from each other.
please answer this, i really don’t now who else to ask.
    Thanx 🙂

    1. Maja says:

Im pretty sure you cant widen your hip bones. Im not a doctor by any means, so this is just my opinion.
The whole thigh gap thing… i dont know. I dont like it, being that its a physical achievement that people who hardly put any effort to can have if their anatomy is right, rather than people who actually put in the work.
If I were you, I’d try to focus more on getting fit. But I get it. I mean, its stupid for us teenagers especially, to have all of these beauty standards that are, for the most part, unachievable. Sigh.

      1. Vanessa says:

absolutely agree with you. the thigh gap things disgusts me, makes me think that women are trying to look like little girls. I don’t even think it looks good on models.

I am not a medical doctor but I work with human skeletons and there is no way you can widen your hip bones. Even bringing your legs wider apart would not give you a thigh gap, it would only result in bad posture and eventually to bad locomotion problems. i would recomment you find a healthier measurement for beauty and self-estime.

    2. Andreanne says:

I think you would only be working the muscles around the hips.

You can make your hips appear wider though by stretching regularly for ”en-dehors” I have no idea how it’s called in english but it’s the way you get use to have your legs facing the extérior of your body?

It’s a ballet thing, you can look it up

  15. Andreanne says:

    Love it!

I really like it when you do printables, it’s just so much more easier than to get my laptop to do it!

Also, I am the only one who’s legs and arms can’t twist like that for eagle abs?

    1. Marisa says:

Mine don’t either! Well, my legs don’t, I can do the arms. I just get my legs as close as I can and rock them out, maybe someday, right? 🙂

    2. Sofja says:

No, you’re not. I also cannot do this…

  16. thankew sooo much…. you’r the one 🙂

  17. Bibiana says:

Have you ever thought about creating sports bras? I always love the colorful ones you wear!!

  18. Tricia says:

Today’s workout was amazing. Great new video! I’m dripping sweat

  19. Marie says:

I consider myself an intermediate popster. I can do the beginner videos easily, but I can’t go full beast mode like you on the hard ones…yet. So this workout was perfect for me–not too difficult, not too easy, just the right amount of challenge. And I always appreciate printable version of your workouts! Thanks a lot!

  20. Kim says:

I really want a new me this year, and I’m planning to the beginners workout plan. The thing is, I want to gain muscles, and lose fat. I would like to JUST lose fat and not lose weight but at the same time gain muscles. Will this beginners plan do that for me, or will it cause me to just lose weight? Also how would you measure the % of your body fat? This plan looks really fun and effective can’t wait to try it out!

    1. Sofja says:

I don’t think anyone can predict how your body is going to respond on this type of exceersie. Everyones body is diffrent and loosing weight or gain muscle is not only about how or how much you work out, it also depends on what you eat, how you sleep and how your mood is. I would suggest you not to focus on loosing weight or gaining muscle, but on feeling better!

    2. Paula says:

Hi Kim! It’s hard, but not impossible!

This exercise it’s a mix of cardio and core-centred pilates. It’ll melt the fat and at the same time tone your legs, your arms and your abs! You will work almost all the muscle groups while you do your cardio routine. I don’t really know if you will gain muscle only doing pilates. So start lifting weights and pair them with your pop pilates routine.

If you start losing weight and you wanna gain muscle mass, you can use some protein powders after your workout routine. But don’t forget to eating clean and eating good sources of protein, like beans, chicken breast and fish.

      Good luck!

Is it ok, if I am incapable of doing a move, that I switch it out for something that is still hard but a little easier on me?

  26. Allie says:

Working through the beginner calendar, and convinced my husband to work out with me yesterday! He complained the whole time, but didn’t quit. Yay for us!

    1. Sofja says:

      You’ve got great support 🙂

  27. Andreanne says:

I am going to switch today and tomorrow because I hurted my foot going crazy with Dance Dance Revolution yesterday….

It hurt like hell actually, it might be a light sprain?

  28. Mieke says:

Seems like a great workout! Can’t wait to try it.
I have a different question though. In my blogilates app the new workouts don’t seem to automatically upload in the categories.. I’m wondering if it’s just me or that other people have it. Please answer because it annoys me haha.
    Lots of love xox

  29. Sarah Connolly says:

Man! These January workouts are tough!! I’m doing the best I can with it though. Today I wasn’t quite able to make it through all the videos, but tomorrow is a new day. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is fitness.

  30. Jas says:

I’m doing the beginners calendar at the moment to ease myself back into shape but am doing your new videos as well! This was amazing! Especially the bicycle crunches at the end :O

  31. soiia says:

This was so much fun 🙂 The only changes I made (only because I was working out at 9 pm and didn’t want ot bother my neighbours) was for the first move, where I simply squat ans I did the chair for a minute instead of the surfers.HOWEVER, I so will do the original version tomorrow during the day 😀

  32. Asha says:

Congrats yufi867! Um… but if you don’t want the free stuff, just let me know and I’ll take it for you 😉 jk, lol

  35. Bailey says:

    Cassey,
First of all this is such an amazing workout! Thank you so much!
Second of all, this is my first time commenting after working out with you for a little over a year now. I was doing a marathon of your workouts and I felt the need to let you know just how much you have done for me. You have truly changed not just my body but my life. I mean it. Sure your workouts have gotten me in shape and sure you have finally given me that inner thigh gap that I love but your attitude and your outlook on life and just your entire personality and spirit motivate me everyday and whenever I am stressed out or in a situation that I am uncomfortable with, I think of your enthusiasm and this has opened me up to so many wonderful things. Thank you so much and I wish you all of the happiness that you have given me!
    Bailey

  36. the new workout looks like a great combination of ab work and cardio, can’t wait to try it out!
