Hey guys!

I just got back from Seattle! I was there for the Blogilates Meet Up and the POP Pilates teacher training. Here’s a shot of from the meet up at 24 Hour Fitness in Bellevue. Everyone had such good rhythm! I was super impressed. And it was so full!

So full that..

My poor POPsters had to work out in the lobby because we couldn’t all fit in the Group X room. I felt soooo bad! This has never happened before! But you know what? Even with the lack of space, everyone had such good energy and such a good attitude. You guys seriously are the most bright and vibrant people ever. That’s what makes POPsters, POPsters. So thank you for your understanding. I had a great time meeting everyone afterwards during the meet and greet!

Isn’t that ombre heart so pretty? I designed it just a few weeks ago after many unsuccessful drawings. Then I drew it and I was like YES!! THIS IS IT!! THIS IS IT!! The double P logo stands for “POP” and “Pilates” and the heart represents POPster love. And well, ombre, because, obviously 😛 I want to try to come up with a hand sign for this logo too…

Ah! And new video!

This is the MOST FUN cardio video I have EVER filmed! It’s half a dance workout and half not. Just a heart pumpin’, sweat inducin’ good time is what it is. I want you to try it RIGHT NOW because it will put you in SUCH a good mood!

AND! It’s our 3rd #POPsterPresents Giveaway!

Very nice, I like the practices. Maybe next time you could make an article about pre or post workout supplements and ingredients? Something like this http://www.supplementscience.net/top-5-pre-workout-women/ is I think very important for your readers and very useful for all the ladies wanting to get serious with their exercises 😉

Maybe can you make a longer cardio with maybe a cool down and warm up just so our heart rate has a time to adjust, thank you! I am right now in the process of trying to lose weight and tone my body because of some bullying thats been going on. At first I ignored, telling myself they were just trying to get to me but I did a BMI calculator and realized I was dangerously close to being overweight (the 78th percentile). I decided to start working out, and finding blogilates was so great. I just started the beginners calender workout and doing some cardio videos on the side. I feel really good and am looking forward to hopefully reaching my goal of 145 pounds.

    Hi there,
Im feeling really, well ,confused and frustrated I guess. I have an eating disorder, its been about 8 years. I really want to live a healthy life and et well etc. But food is so frustrating for me. And I know not to starve or binge etc. I HATE IT. But at the same time when I do starve, I feel so good. I see results faster. But I KNOW I can’t. I KNOW that I shouldn’t and I’m really trying. But eating is so frustrating when I think about how much faster results could be… A lot of the time I hate myself too much to even get myself to work out, I know that there are several benefits to exercise, but sometimes its really hard to get past how unpleased with my body I am.
Don’t worry, I am receiving professional help, but I guess all I am wondering is, does anyone have this same problem, or something similar, and how to you get over that “hump” to make yourself work out and make yourself eat healthy nutritious food, and ENOUGH of it, and not too much either. I know that its best for me. But my frustrating and hate, its sometimes too strong and I can’t shake it.

Hi Liz – I know exactly what you are going through. I have been diagnosed with an ED myself, anorexia. Food consumes my thoughts all day; I stress to the point I make myself sick. Eating anything causes anxiety for me, yet I binge eat, which causes more pain in the end. Working out isn’t an issue, I have such a huge drive to workout for the fear of gaining weight, that I over do it and drive people nuts with my excessive behavior (with food and exercise). I follow a very strict vegan diet, I do eat very healthy but know I need more nutrition; this is why I binge ( my body is saying HEY I NEED CARBS), plus from stress. So the cycle never ends… binge, stress, binge.. ugh! I have found comfort in knowing I am not alone and there are people out there willing to listen and help; I just wish I had people like this in my life!! Working out with Cassey has been the biggest help for me tho. She is a great role model; I may not know her personally, but through blogs and workout videos, I feel she is a friend! Just believe in yourself, you will get through this. Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day; so loving your body will take time. YOU GOT THIS!!

Remember, even the healthiest of people fall. I myself am a Personal Trainer, I help people stay and/or get healthy and fit, it makes me very happy, yet I have issues with the very thing I help out with. It is weird the way the world works; but ” To Achieve is to Overcome” You will overcome your ED, it does not own you! Keep your chin up and your yoga mat handy : )

  7. Elennare says:

Darn it! Missed the Seattle class. :'(

For the giveaway, do we have to tag someone to enter? Because I don’t Instagram at present, and I don’t know anyone else who does. Which I guess means I can’t enter the contest because I don’t have a workout buddy?

  8. Dani says:

Make a heart with your hands. Curl in your index fingers to make a P within the heart. Popsters hand sign. Though that’s really hard to do facing out towards others…

    Hey Cassey,

I have a question. Is German Bread (like the fitness bread. The super dense kind) healthy?

  14. Cindy says:

Yay! I’m the one in the mint shirt with a greenish stripe on my leggings on the floor there! It was so much fun doing a workout with you in real life and not through a computer screen! Cassey, you’re so nice and amazing! Thank you for taking pictures with us and having so much energy! Hope you enjoyed Seattle! Can’t wait to take a real PP class! Love you! ❤️

That cardio workout really was so much fun~

  15. I love SEATTLE!! Pike Place is awesome, did you see the fishmarket and have a Starbys? Also, congrats to being such an amazing fitness role model and inspirational open book about your journey to so many women. I can only hope to help people that much one day! <3

  16. How creative! I like the meaning behind that new logo–i thought it was a diamond/heart hybrid at first.

You always have my support, Cassey!

  17. jasmine ali says:

Hey cassie .. i wanted to ask you of it’s okay to choose a set of good workout moves and do them regularly over the week cause I don’t usually have time to check the calendar or the workout required for the day cause I am making my finals exams this semester so I always do squats, jumping jacks, crunch ,mountain climbers and stretch …
so I wanna know if it’s good to focus on these !!!!?
