Everyone’s sharing their wins, so here are my recent flops

Hey guys!

Everyone’s sharing their wins sooo… let’s talk flops.

I’d like to believe that these things happen in order to redirect me.

This made me think deeply about what defines the Popflex brand and who our customer really is.

Unfortunately I’ve always been and still am very critical of myself.

A simple question was asked that triggered a sadness deep within me and I couldn’t hold back my tears. I hate that I cried but I think I hate more that I felt ashamed of it afterwards.

I don’t like being told what I can or can’t do. But the truth is, the limit has to exist in order for this business to exist.

Just reaching a “sweet spot” where we’re not small enough that no one cares and not big enough that everyone’s scared.

Ugh. I can’t even begin to explain how low I felt after this. All I wanted was to genuinely connect with people who understood what I was going through. Growing a business can feel really lonely and depleting already but as a super empath, sometimes the feeling is unbearable. I wanted community. Friends even.

When I got the rejection email, it felt like someone was breaking up with me without giving a reason why. Was I not good enough? Did I do something wrong? Please someone tell me something. But no, they wouldn’t tell me anything.

It made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of being in their presence, like it was high school all over again and they saw me as some wannabe trying to join their popular group.

I hate that a part of me is still very damaged over this. But I’ll get over it. It’s just gonna take time.

Let’s be real. Wasting food is the biggest flop of all.

Oh girl you’re going through it and you’re still making it. Have a cup of tea and start putting the berries in the freezer. They are jerks for going bad too quickly

Cassie, I have followed you since your YouTube days! I’m 60, and rocking your designs as often as possible… I’ve even been told they aren’t age appropriate, but I don’t care! I have like 25 skorts, tanks, mock turtle necks tanks, t-shirts, bras, dresses, sweats and shorts… I love them all!!
Of course there are designs I don’t resonate with… bell bottoms because I remember that 70’s fashion statement… but I choose items that make me feel good!
I have introduced your clothes and workouts to my nieces… and they are fans too!!
Please, please, please know you are loved… for your fashion vision, as well as your pirates, and nutrition!!

You are loved!! By me, and millions of people all over the world!
