Hey POPsters!!!

I just got off the plane and am in LA for a charity gala tonight! And you know what that means…I get to dress up! You guys never get to see me in heels and a dress so I will be sure to post a pic tomorrow or actually, tonight if you follow me on Instagram! I brought 3 dresses with me, so let’s see which one I end up choosing. You know how it is being a girl…you just gotta be prepared because the mood can always change last second!

Alrighty, today’s video is Quiet Cardio with my friend Coach Nicole from Sparkpeople.com!

OMG I remember watching Nicole’s vids when I was in high school. She had millions of views on her vids back then and had a great stash of them too. In fact, now that I think about it, I learned moves from her Pilates videos for my classes when I first started out teaching!

But wow, look at this now! I can’t believe I am in the same vid as Coach Nicole! You may have seen her DVDs at Target or browsed past her vids on YouTube if you search for any type of exercise or workout routine. What I love about Nicole is that she is a fabulous trainer AND group fitness instructor. You can tell by the way that she teaches that her and I are of the same sisterhood-of-instructors-that-like-to-talk-throughout-their-routines-family 🙂 That’s the thing with group exercise instructors! When I was getting certified I was told to not only be super crazy enthusiastic like a performer on stage as I taught, but I would also have to do it while lifting heavier and jumping higher than my students. You have to be inspirational in all aspects!

So I hope you enjoy this apartment friendly cardio routine. Some may argue that this is not TRULY quiet, and ok, yes, you are right if you add in the hops. If you really REALLY wanna make it quiet then just don’t jump, instead make the movements quicker. And as we mention in the video, try to land lightly on your feet. This will also help with the noise as well as challenge your control.

Some questions you may have:

1. How is the fit?

These are juniors sizes so if you shop fo Forever 21 you know what I mean. In some cases, it is safe to order one size up as these styles are all very fitted, well, except for the off the shoulder. And if you’re not sure, consult the size chart that is in the gallery of each product.

2. Do you ship international?

YES!

3. Will there be more stuff so I can order together and save on shipping?

Yes! There will always be new styles! I can tell you right now that there will be some AWESOME new inspirational tanks coming in a couple weeks. You could try to wait it out…but I don’t advise it only because your size and color may be gone. Usually I try to keep things fresh and new so some styles may never be back unless there is a ridic demand for it!
