    Hi Cassey,

    This is kind of embarrassing, but every time I try the oil rigger move I fall flat on my face. Does this just mean my triceps are not very strong? Am I doing something wrong? Is there some sort of modification for beginners?

      Don’t dip your chin so far! Keep it closer and you will begin to build tricep strength,
