WORKOUT DETAILS

This is a series of 7 moves that will get your heart seriously pumping for ultimate fat melting! Try to repeat this workout 4x. I know you’ll be sweating like crazy. If you want, you can also do this before or after any of my Pilates routines for a great mix of cardio and strength training. There is no right answer for “Should I do cardio before or after Pilates?”. You should do the workout you want to spend the most energy on first (maybe the harder one) and then follow with the one that’s easier for you so that by the time you’re tired, it won’t be impossibly difficult to get through the rest of your workout.

    Hi Cassey! Is this a cardio workout or HIIT? If I constantly do this pop cardio, will it make my calves bigger? Because I already have muscular calves (and little fat) and i hope by doing this cardio, the fat will soon go away and the muscles will be leaner. Answer please? Anyway i love all your videos!!

    HI everyone! I have just completed this Fat Melting Routine 4 Times!!! I am not commenting to be proud or what, but to ENCOURAGE everyone to do this as recommended! You see, I am still a tiny beginner and I persevere to complete it, I BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT TOO! I tried to give up after one try but after listening to cassey, I repeat this vid over and over again.
