You could certainly see your enthusiasm within the work you write.
The sector hopes for even more passionate
writers like you who aren’t afraid to mention how they
believe. All the time follow your heart.
Excellent site you have here but I was curious if you knew of any community forums that cover the same
topics discussed here? I’d really love to be a part of online community where I can get opinions from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Bless you!

If you do do this for 4x a day how fast do you start seeing results or losing weight
At the end of the video she says that you if you eat clean while doing this, you can see results within a week to two weeks !!

Hi am curious about how much calories does this work out burn in total? Please respond soon 🙂
Ugggh I just did this 4 times and I am dying!!! Great cardio workout…it’s going to take me a whiiile to master it.
I feel the same as lily, but I Do loveeee your routine!
Keep it up!
Love this printable 🙂 in college I used to do this timed morning workout… great cardio boost too! http://e.ggtimer.com/morning
I love how efficient these fat-blasting workouts are, Cassey, but I must say I dislike the idea of doing them four or five times in a row. To me that makes it sound like the workouts will be easy–of course we discover they are not–so what sounded merely daunting before starts to seem impossible after doing it just once through. Then, because you’ve recommended we do it five times and I feel like collapsing after a time and a half, feelings of discouragement and failure come up. It turns me off from doing it at all. It’s a matter of psychology and marketing: I am much less likely to quit a challenging 30 or 40 minute workout than give my mind opportunity to give up by repeating the same tough workout four times.
Hi, this is a great post! Thanks..
