WORKOUT DETAILS

Hey POPsters,

It is 5:21 am and I haven’t slept yet. Haha – what’s new!? Well actually – this time, I am at an all time high risk factor of missing my flight. Whoever thought that I would be packing, editing, uploading, and blogging 20 min before I have to get in the car to head to LAX to go to NYC?

In my jammies – must go change!

Well, can’t say very much here ‘cept that this is a super cool workout with all new moves. It’s a must for your April Workout Calendar. Be sure to check this off as part of #Blogilates127 and keep charging forward! And for those of you who requested Ariana Grande’s “The Way”, here it is 🙂

Have fun! I gotta go! Like, for real!

See you tonight at the Shortys! Fingers crossed!!! Tune in to the livestream here.

<3 Cassey

Hi cassey!!! Is there any way to slim down abs n waist by sitting on chair??becoz im still studying so im lack of time to exercise…

    1. Sabrina says:

      Hey Thera,
I’m a student too so I can really relate to you!
What do you mean by “slimming down”? If you want to melt some fat you’ll have to do cardio and rethink your diet – you’ll loose fat if you consume less calories than you need during the day. I don’t think that can be done by sitting in a chair, but you could try to incorporate more sport into your day like use the stairs and not the elevator, get of the train/bus one station earlier and walk the rest, make brushing your teeth your personal squat challenge etc. But don’t cut down calories to much or your body will think you’re starving and cut down your metabolism – avoiding empty calories and replacing them with fruits, veggies and whole grain products should be enough for a start.
If you want to build muscles, you could try to keep your belly button tucked in the whole day. Or you could try to lift your legs or one side of your hips when sitting in the library (put your hands on the table to gain some stability, tuck your belly button in and pull your legs up).

I’m new to your site, but love the video workouts I’ve done so far. Would love to see a deltoid-focused workout to the new song “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke/Pharrell/TI. Thanks!

Hey! I wish I could say I loved this new video, but unfortunately I was in a bit of a negative frame of mind when I did it, so I should give it a go another time and I’m sure I’ll fall in love as usual.

I love reading what other Popsters write and getting motivation from you all, so if anyone is having any ‘failure’ feelings, feel free to read my recent blog post: http://annannatomy.blogspot.fi/2013/04/feeling-like-failure.html . I know it wont apply to everyone, but I thought I would put some positive thinking out there for anyone who needs it!

I have plantar fasciitis. So some of the jumping moves are hard. If you are familiar with this condition do you have suggestions for cardio or modify some of your moves. thanks Love the videos!!

    1. Danielle says:

I have this as well. I notice when I do some of her workouts, my heel on my right foot is aggravated for sometimes 3-4 days. :/

  7. kate says:

Thanks Cassey! Great video! I can’t believe how many reps we had to do on side plank!!! I died!

  8. Justinah says:

This isn’t part of the “Takeover Makeover” series?

  9. Kim says:

  10. Sandy says:

    Hi Cassey,

I really love your videos! I don’t know if it is possible to have an office workout that helps us sedentary popsters to trim down the lower body.

  11. Lara says:

Hi there! Thank you for your awesome videos! Love all your work outs! I found out about your blog after having my second child and you really helped me get my body back. Now I’m thinking of having a third child and what I can do to keep fit during pregnancy but can’t seem to find any routine that can be done with a baby in my belly 🙂 Can you help me please?
