Hey guys!

I am so sorry I did not get this up in time for a lot of you in different countries. I was editing last night really late and my eyes starting shutting slowly…I tried fighting the battle of slumber but I was losing really really bad. My head nodding probably lasted a good 20 min before I knew there was no chance. Sleep won.

So here’s your  new workout! My thighs, my inner thighs that is, have been feeling so tight lately and I was wondering why. I filmed your workout on Saturday and now, 2 days later, I’m still sore! This is a good thing my peeps. You are going to LOVE this thigh sculpting maniac of a routine. I saw that those of you who ordered on the first day I released the Power Ring already got it! So perfect!

        I know, and thank you. I don’t have balloons around the house. I could get some for like a dollar, but I’m not into using equipment.

        I love mat pilates because it doesn’t require equipment. If this series goes towards equipment based workouts i will be super bumming. Or I will be super content with the thousand or so videos made previously.

        Just trying to be honest!

    Hey fellow POPsters! I have a question for everyone if you’d like to help me out. Lately I enrolled in a bunch of difficult classes, that have A LOT of homework. It’s “not that much” if I get 2 and a half hours per night. So now I’m having trouble finding time to workout!!!! I’m so upset that I’m not able to find time, it’s one of my favorite hobbies! Do you guys have any ideas as to how I can fit in my workout? Any comment helps!

      Katie, I have the same problem! I run XC after class though but I like to be more diverse. SO what I’ve been doing is getting up an hour or so before my first class and doing some pilates. It’s tiring some days but I know in the long run i will be grateful for it.

    Love the last move! I was totally surprised that I finally can do that kind of roll XD
    I use fitness ball because I don’t have the power ring yet and no balloon either, but my ball is so big and I had to stop using it in the middle of the workout, and decided to put on an imaginary power ring XD

    I almost buy a shirt just like that! Thank goodness I haven’t bought it yet, DIY stuff is more awesome 😀
    And can’t wait for the Fringe Tote tutorial! Looks so fun!
