March 2017 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

It’s time for the MARCH CALENDAR! What. Even.

March is also the first month of Spring. OMG I cannot wait for beautiful blooms, warmer weather, and later sunsets. It’s the season of growth and rejuvenation!

So I have 3 very special things for you in this blog post as we all prepare to blossom into our best selves!

#1. THE MARCH 2017 WORKOUT CALENDAR

All you have to do is do each workout video once through and check off as you go! You’ve got 6 days of work and 1 day of rest. Follow closely and you shall see your mood, body and strength improve!

If you download the PDF, just click on the workout of the day and it will take you directly to the YouTube video!

And if you’re a beginner and you don’t feel ready for this calendar yet, no worries! Start out with my Beginner’s Calendar!

#2. JOIN THE STRETCH REVOLUTION!

My personal goal is to become more flexible, so if you want to join in on my stretch journey, then let’s start all together in March! I put together 30 days of stretches that I want you to hold for at least 1 min each per day. Of course you can do longer, but the minimum is 1 minute for the stretch of the day! You will LOVE how the poses will open you up!

I will also be doing an IG Story of how to get into the pose each day, so be sure to follow me on IG @blogilates to see that. And you will also see my POP Pilates Master Trainers showing you variations of the poses in case you want to modify for your stretch levels! Just follow the hashtag #stretchrevolution.

    This looks amazing, Thank you! Quick question: Do you think that if I do all of the exercises except for the cardio ones, that It will still effect me the same? I can’t do them, as I’ve had 3 concussions and get dizzy every time I do cardio or go upside down… Thank you in advance!

    Hey guys, are you guys ok on Wed? I’m almost dying…. ha. My heart rate is so burning, and I’m uncomfortable to breath.
    Any tips?

    Sometime I think I want cassey to put one HIIT or cardio video everyday not almost only super intense on Wed:(

    **Such as,
    -one HIIT exercise
    – 3 or 4 core,butt,leg,arm,back video depends on the day.

      I have pretty severe asthma. I do as much as i can. If i have to miss one set of something i will take that as a 45 second breather and drink a ton of water to catch my breath and then i go back and go hard. Then between videos i do the same. Chug water and do some deep breathing. I hope this helps!

    What does New Vid mean on Monday’s? I clicked that link but it didn’t take me to a specific video so I wasn’t sure if I was just to pick out one to do on my own. This is my first month of following and I’m trying to stay focused.

      she has new videos on those day so just wait for her to upload them on that day

      It means you’d check into her youtube channel and see the video she posted on that day. She puts New Video in the calendar so that you can do the video she just released that day. I hope that makes sense. In a way if you click her youtube channel you’d do the most recent video (you can tell by the amount of time the video has been up).

    This is my first time doing Blogilates and I was just wondering what it means by new vid on the calendar? When I click it on the linkable pdf it just takes me to videos in youtube but I don’t know which one to do. Anyway, I am loving this style of working out, the videos are so short that it makes me really feel like I’m progressing through instead of doing the same video for 50mins in one go!

      It’s just the new video she uploaded that day. Tuesdays are normally new WO video days so she doesn’t have a link yet beforehand 🙂 hope this was helpful ^^

    Do these workouts are proper for each group of age ? I am a teenager and I want to lose some weight !
    I have started the beginners’ calendar !

      Hi, I’m a teenager too,and yes,this workouts are for each group of age, I mean I’m doing Cassey’s calendar and it helped me, I’ve seen some results but I’m still not eating right. So,you should do this too,and if you have problems with sugar cravings, you can stop this,seriously,I did this and I felt awesome but I gave up,and now,I’m decided to start it again. An advice is to eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate,this will help. Good luck!:)

    I want to workout 3-4 time a week.
    Should I follow the workouts from the calendar continuously, or I need to skip some days?
    For example, on March 1 I exercised the workouts from the calendar, yesterday I didn’t exercise, and today I will.
    So, my question is whether today to do the exercises from March 2 or March 3?

      If I only do 3 or 4 days of the calendar I normally pick which days I will do and just change it up each week. Making sure I always do total body, booty and arm days as they’re my fave and what I need to most work on. Then for day 4 of exercise i usually do a mixture of videos from the other days I’ve not done as long as it adds up to about 40-45 mins of exercise 🙂 I hope you find that useful! x

    Anyone know how many calories the first day of videos burn? I don’t know how to track my exercise on my fittness pal.

      Simple. Just go to diary, and click on add, then exercise. Once you’ve done that, choose cardio, search Pilates, and type in the number of minutes you did it for (I usually just take the length of the videos on YouTube, and add them together to reach the total amount of time). If you feel like you didn’t do Pilates for that long amount of time (due to breaks, talking before and after each workout, etc.) just subtract five-ten minutes from your total time.

    This is so silly, but, do we have to do all the videos listed for the day? And, how many times do we do the stretch poses?

      If you want to follow the calendar then yes you do all the videos for the day. For the stretch poses it’s about a minute (that’s what it said in the email sent out to everyone).

    If I do all the workouts listed on the calendar for that particular day, do I need to do more cardio or that would be my whole workout?

      that’s your whole workout 🙂 they normally have a small amount of cardio each day but some days will be more cardio based, whilst others will be mainly body weighted exercises 🙂
