Inner Thigh Exercises & Giveaway!
Inner Thigh Exercises & Giveaway!
Wow you guys are the best community ever. I read through all of your comments, tweets, and messages regarding the fake “Hannah” weight loss story and felt our relationship bond even tighter. You know what I say? “Everything happens for a reason.” And as weird and hurtful as that story was, it really brought us closer together. It’s in troubling times that you can see who really loves and supports you. You guys rock my world. I am so not even kidding. I love love love you sooooo much!!!! Thank you for being here for me.
So today I have a nice little video from Livestrongwoman that demonstrates some awesome inner thigh moves and then how to roll them out using a foam roller. My friend Ashley Borden works out with me and we seriously had so much fun talking while we exercised and stretched. Oh and it’s a giveaway video – so be sure to click on it, leave a comment on why you love your body and you could be one of two winners. We’ll pick winners for a gift pack of a TRAIN LIKE A BEAST LOOK LIKE A BEAUTY tank and foam roller on October 10th.
So…do you like working out with partners or are you more of a individual-put-my-head-phones-in-don’t-bother-me type of person? I can swing between both but when I wanna go crazy I usually workout on my own to pumped up love songs. Hahahaha.
Oh speaking of my super girly music selection, FITNESS Magazine shared my cardio playlist the other day. Here it is:
Ok I have to go back and edit a clear skin for fitness girls video for BlogilatesTV. It will also be a super cray cray giveaway video too to celebrate our 100th workout on the Blogilates YouTube Channel! I can’t believe there’s been that many can you? Whoa. Insane in the membrane AND more to come!!
Okie dokie love you lots!
Oh wait!!! ACTUALLY!!!!!
We’re gonna have super cute sweats, hoodies, and lace top yoga pants for fall. Do you have any motivational sayings or artwork, images that you would LOVE to see on there? Let me know as well!!!
<3 you – have a fab day!

I have only just started working out. I am excited to see the developing muscle underneath when the fat goes! I can feel them, they are there! Just the plump outer layer to go now!! I love my muscles
My hair
I don’t belong to a gym, but my aprnamett complex has a small gym with limited equipment. Unfortunately, they don’t have barbells, only dumbbells. Could I do the walking lunges with dumbbells? What would be the best way to hold them?
I love my body because I can see tiny changes in it everyday. I’ve been kick boxing nearly every day for a month and I’m down 10 pounds and many many inches. Bring it. My Warm Up is Your Workout! RAWR!
I love my body because my muscles show strength and my curves show femininity. Perfect combo 😉
Also, I love all these videos! My mom actually introduced me to POP Pilates, and I’m amazed at both how sore I can get and how great it makes me feel!
I love Strong is the new Skinny.
That’s my new mantra:)
Strive for excellence, not perfection!
Keep up the awesome work Cassey:)
I don’t have any specific design requests, but it would be great to have some bigger sizes, well, for bigger girls like me 🙂 I love your videos & they’re part of what’s helping me get closer and closer to achieving my health & fitness goals — but in the mean time I still can’t squeeze into your awesome tanks. But I would love to sport them!
I love my body since it responds well to workouts (particularly your videos)!
I love my arms and shoulders. They are defined and covered with freckles too!
here some ideas :
“I totally rock ” or “i rock” (coz’ that’s true, we reallyu rock in this community: we’re the best! )
“never give up”
“THIS…is hard work” (“this” refers obviously to the gorgeous body wearing the gorgeous clothes ;))
“try hard, be pride”
…
it’s 11;19pm here..need to sleep, will come with others idées tomorrow!
I love my body because it’s me, my personality, the way to show world that i “really” exist! Of course we want to make a good impression all the time, we want people to like us and i think it’s impossible without loving yourself, your body and soul.
I love my body bc….no matter what i put it through, it keeps up and asks for more. 🙂
Thanks for everything Cassey!! Ur the best!!
i love “clear your mind of can’t” bc it stresses the fact that it all starts in your mind. your mind is stronger than your body and you can achieve seemingly impossible goals if you don’t let negative thoughts get in your way. i like it also bc it works in so many different situations, not only fitness-wise.
I like my body because it responds well when I do work outs 🙂
I like working out because I feel great after that. I always try to challenge myself. This few moths of my life were the hardest for me ever and working out has helped me a lot not even for toning my body but it also has helped my mind. So thank you Cassey for doing pilates videos. xoxo
♥
(I hope my comment makes sence, I dont speak english very well) 🙂
BE STRONG TO BE USEFUL
…very common in the parkour-community. it means, that if you are healthy and strong, you can use your strength to help others. i kinda like that quote, because it always motivates me 🙂
I love my body because it can handle training hard!
What I love most about my body is that I have strong, slim legs, but with a nice round booty on top to counterbalance it 😉
I love my body because I can see and FEEL it getting stronger when I work out!
How about Pulse for a shirt??? I groan, but my body loves it!!
Great video!
I learn so much from you!
I love my body because it always surprises me! Just when I think I can’t keep running anymore or keep my plank for any longer I am able to and I love that!
PAIN IS TEMPORARY
PRIDE IS FOREVER!
—————————–
this ones kinda long but:
IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO GO ALL THE WAY,
WHY GO AT ALL?
i love these ones 😀 xx
love you cassey 🙂
Cassey!
I absolutely love you! Your workouts rock 🙂 I started doing them to get ready for the Warrior Dash, but then got totally addicted!!
I love my back, random I know, but it’s really tone and I have the little back dimples right by my tail bone.
Thanks for everything you do!
I love my body because I feel beautiful and confident in it!
also the thing i love most about my body is my tallness! I didn’t used to like it but its “grown” on me! :p
i like the saying “train through the pain!”
Hi Cassey!
I’m new to following your blog and I love it!
I love my arms – I’m hoping to be able to do the full splits and 50 full pushups by December 31st – I’m more than halfway there!
Thank you for all that you do and share with all of us!

sweating is sexy!
For hoodies, the phrase “Workout Junkie” sounds so cool and spicy 😀
I love my body because despite everyone commenting on how scrawny I am, I prove my athleticism and show these twigs can do push-ups!
FYI: Love watching your videos to workout, especially when no one is around to see me workout and look like a fool XD
yay i’m excited!
i love the saying: “pain is temporary, pride is forever”. That would look great on a top!
this quote got my son through his anxiety! If it wasn’t for this i don’t think we would still have him with us xxx He is planning to get this as a tattoo.
yay i’m excited!
i love the saying: “pain is temporary, pride is forever” ! that would look awesome on a top!
I love how strong by body has become over the last year by working out on a regular basis with you. Thanks Cassey! I love your videos!
“Can’t stop, won’t stop.”
Quote idea for a hoodie? …. KEEP CALM AND DO PILATES 🙂
I have been going through lots of changes now that I am in my middle thirties. With three kids I never had time to really work out. I am starting to realize that if I am not happy with myself, then I am the only one that has the power to change me. So now after working out five times a week at home with you cassey and other wonderful people at youtube. I can happily say that I am changing me for the better. The thing that I like most about me now is my confidence. I love that I can look at myself and see so many changes, but changes for the good not the bad. Keep up the great videos and the wonderful articles and keep being the amazing person that you are.
I am now beginning to love my body… again! I played soccer and was always athletic and my friends used to tell me how jealous they were of how fit I was. I had a rough patch in my life and I gained at least 35 pounds in LESS than a year, possibly more because I avoided scales. I have been doing p90x for almost a year now to get back on track and lost basically all my weight (still trying to tone my abs). I don’t have any before or after pictures though because I was too ashamed of how much weight I had put on to even look at myself let alone take a picture.
I prefer to work out alone but I don’t listen to music (I know crazy)! For one, the earphones never stay in my ears and it falling out distracts me from my work out and second the silence helps clear my mind better. If I do happen to work out with someone I do tend to push myself more but only because I have this weird impulse now to have to show them up.. probably because I was called fat which was a new concept to me. I am pretty good at pushing myself when I am alone and know my limits.
I love my body because I now feel like myself again. I am more energetic, confident, and overall comfortable in my own skin. It has even affected my personality for the better. Before the weight gain I never really thought about how my fitness affected every aspect of me and I guess took it for granted in a way. I hate that I gained that much weight but I have achieved a new positive perspective on how I view myself.
I have been working out for a year now (five times a week) and have loved the difference in my body. I had a thyroid surgery and started to feel like I was putting on weight in my legs and rear. So I would have to say that with all the pilates and ballet workouts that I absolutely love. I am now very happy with my rear and legs.
Cassey!! Use Beastin! Use Beastin! I would be all about a Beastin hoodie. Lots of hugs from freezing England.
I’d definitely like to see the saying “I run like a girl, try and keep up” on a shirt! It’s one of my faves :]
Love you Cassey, thanks so much for everything you do!
“pain is weakness leaving the body” is something I think would be great on a shirt, especially since we all have those aches after finishing a video and especially the next day 🙂 I love my body because of all the potential I can see in it. I was involved in sports year round growing up and was a varsity athlete in high school and continued to play sports in college; after college, however, I went to grad school and working out became secondary to doing well in my classes and trying to make time for some semblance of a social life as I was also working two jobs. I’d gained about 25 pounds between the time I graduated college and when I finished grad school and I loathed my body since I was not used to being over weight. I’ve started to change things around though and have become more active (doing the beginner videos that are posted and trying the new ones as they come out, even though i’m not that advanced yet) and trying to eat better (my real problem) and some of the weight has started to come off. I can finally see the person I lost a couple years ago and it feels good to realize that I have the ability to take back control of my body.
I love my body because its always able to push a little farther and get me to where I need to be!
Sorry about the Hannah incident!
I hope you don’t lose faith and keep doing what your doing because Cassey, you are awesome! I have been following this blog for a year now but am usually quite on the commenting and involvement.. until now! I am going to try and be a bigger part of this website for YOU!
I started the OMGOctober workout calender today and am always a clean eater (with some snacks on the side 🙂 ) and am now going to try tweet you and comment more and be more involved with you and the upcoming community!
“Flex & Feel” – my suggestion

aww thank you! love u.
What I love the most about my body is my booty. It’s been there for me since I was a little ballerina and its something that no matter how the rest of me changes, it’s my constant hot booty!
ideas for hoodies and tops:
Run with your heart.
Sweat is new make-up.
It is sweat time!
Gimme 8 more!
Never stop!
I love burpees!
Oh! And I’m super excited for the foam rollers exercises in this video! I’m a dancer and I know it’s going to hurt so good!
i have been working out 5 to 6 days a week with at least an hour cardio for the last 1 1/2 months… i have been eating clean and OF COURSE indulge in sweet goodness everyday, because i really cant help it but hey, 1 portion tops a day!!!! anyways…. i lost 15lbs in just 50 days and im so happy with myself. i have energy like crazy, and on top of that, i take my dog for a walk which is just extra excersize for me. i feel free and so happy with life!! i have had a lot of depression and craziness going on in my life and gained up to 20 pounds over the last 3 years… so to finally be able to focus on MYSELF, i am very happy to be back to where i used to be!!
p.s. i love working out alone…i might seen super outgoing, but im an intervert at heart lol
OMG, there’s Marina and the Diamonds, yay, I’d love to sweat just by hearing the name of the soing, are you doing a workout on it? Haha abs as hard as diamonds just came to my mind!

For sayings for apparel, I loved that “HIIT Me Baby One More Time” graphic you posted a few days ago 🙂
Been feeling very poop so far this October. Getting an early night tonight to recharge my batteries and hoping to get on track tomorrow with HIIT day! Meep! <3
