Hello POPsters!

I am getting ready to leave for London in a little over 12 hours! It is nearly 1AM right now and I just got the new Miley Cyrus ab video up! I really hope you like it. I incorporated some never seen before moves that I think will challenge your core tremendously. Click play to check it out before you give it a go!

You’ll also notice that the capris I am wearing in the vid look very similar to the ones above because…THEY ARE THE SAME ACTUALLY!! These are my fave crops and I am soo super excited to share them with you too! It’s contest time! Who’s excited!!??

    Hey Cassey, this contest was such a great idea! Except that you toutrre us with 15 min abominable abdominals and you want to get away with a 3-5 min workout how about you do abs on fire and killer ab workout back to back twice evil laugh :-)?

    Cool stuff! I’d add that if you want to get abs, most traditional exercises don’t really work. Cardio, for instance, is really bad for developing a six pack. I learned all this from “The Truth About Six Pack Abs,” a comprehensive DVD program that helped me lose my beer belly and get in shape. My review is at my website.

    Hey Cassey! I’m new to your Blogilates videos, but I love them! Thank you so much for all that you do! But as a beginner I found the advanced plank and then reaching opposite hand to opposite leg pretty much impossible. During the video I just try and go for the advanced plank lifting opposite hand and opposite leg but have some trouble with that as well. In the video you say that you need to build up to be able to prefect that move. I was just wondering what are your suggestions for a beginner to build up to that move

    Thanks for the amazing abs workout vids. So, I’ve been having trouble with doing those exercises because my wrists unfortunately start hurting after doing a couple of these plate workouts. Is there anything i can do to prevent this while i’m working out? Or am i doing something wrong or is it just that i have such weak wrists ? 🙁

    Miley is really interesting! I am not a huge fan of her but I do actually feel confused about her boobs. I spotted her in unusually busty and beautiful in a vide clip. She is showing off her body.

    Any tips for the stand up move? I’m good with the rollover, but as soon as I go to stand up, I stop! Its frustrating. I noticed the same thing in the fairy tale hiit with the prisoner get up.

      Yeah I have the same problem! I can’t get my feet under me enough to stand up for that move. Is it a flexibility issue or strength issue? What can I do to work on that?

    Great video! my lower abs were burnin in the butterfly moves!

    Do you have any suggestion for workouts for thighs and hips? I do cardio 3x a week and also do weight training/pilates videos ;). However, when I do weight training for legs I do a lot of lunges, squats, calve raises, leg press, and hip abductor machines… But I never feel like my hips and inner thighs are targeted to be slimmer when doing them. Any suggestions on a specific move that would be good to add to a leg circuit?!

      I know the drive by inner thigh challenge really kills my inner thigh. Especially if you do it a few times in a row. Also the broken hearted ab challenge gets my abs and my thighs.

    Omg cassey you make me laugh soooo much with your face expressions and when you start talking so fast you dont even understand yourself, hahaha i totally love watching your vids! I specially started laughing out loud when you found a tiny spider on your mat in one of your videos, you are really hilarious and of course a great instructor!!

    This was so tough! I love that all but on of the moves on this were things I have never tried before. It was tough but I liked it! I love the feeling where you do something the first time and you’re like “aarrrghhh” when you do it, and then a couple weeks later you are just breezing through it and can’t even remember what it felt like to have trouble doing it. I remember the first time I did the Pick me up Quickie workout, which was the first blogilates workout I ever did, that I was awful at it. The clam kicks killed me, the tricep pushups slayed me….it was just bad news. Now that is my go to video and I love to start every day with it and I can’t even imagine having trouble with it. I wish I could enter for the contest but I do not have instagram and they do not even have it available for my phone! LAME!! But, oh well.
