hellooooo Cassey.I’m new here at blogilates but i have one month that i’ve been practising with your videos!!!
I have a very important question:
How many times should I drink water during my pilates and how many lbs during the day because when I drink during my exercise I feel heavier!!!!
    Thank u veryyyy much…
    xoxoxo from ALBANIA!!!

I think I prefer a Q&A page rather than these videos. For some reason I can’t stand your voice and I find you a little “fake”. I like the older Cassey better. Your videos are more about fitness and healthy living. Right now I find Cassey to be too much into herself and super bubbly…maybe because you lost weight and more happy now? Seriously, who works out with tons of make up on and their hair down? It makes your workout less serious.

Woah I think ur comment is a little bitchy. It’s okay if u do not like her voice, but if that’s the case then why are u on her website? Please leave her alone so she can focus on helping others.

I also don’t like what you are sayin so if you don’t like it just lay off and don’t watch the videos and find a new work out person cuz your comments are not welcome here. cassey has been a real help and inspiration to me and I love watching the videos and working out to them so like I said if you don’t like it just do yourself a favor and stop watching them and don’t bring the rest of us down with your snide and bitchy comments, some of us try to stay happy, sounds like you should to…

hey cassy ! Is it true that oblique workouts make your waist bigger ? i wanna keep my slim waist but i also want to tone it.

    Hey Cassey!

I was wondering should you eat before or after a workout? Also which foods are best to eat before and after?

    Hey Cassey !
    I have a question to you ! 😀
I wanna change my body and get lean & loose weight BUT I want to get more curves at the same time ! (a BIG & round Booty, a smal waist, wider hips)

How can I get there? Is it possible to exercise my body to look more feminin
(I already have curves but not lean curves :P)?
Will Pilates exercises make my oblique muscles smaller? Or just tighter?
Are there any exercises to make my hip area bigger?
How can I get bigger glutes?

Thanks for beeing such an inspiration Cassey :´)

    Greetings from Germany!

  7. Mia says:

    Hey Cassey,
When I’m targeting one place on my body (for example inner thighs) should I do that every day along with the assigned body part for that day (for example legs Tuesday and Thursday) Or should I just do inner thighs on leg days.
    From,
    Mia

    1. Ivy says:

For me, I want to target my abs so everyday I do some abs along with the targeted muscles!

  8. Liza says:

    Hey Cassey!

Is it okay to do full-body workouts everyday (moves that incorporate several large muscle groups at a time, such as the moves in Tone It Up workouts)? Or is it better to split muscle groups for each day of the week?

  9. bridie says:

    Hi cassey!
I was wondering if you’d be able to do a new, total body workout incorporating some of your favourite (and effective!) moves from your recent videos? I have terrible internet connection and when I try and do 4 videos in a row it usually shuts down!
    Thank you!

    Hi Cassey,
First, I would like to thank you for your exercises. Me abs look great. Just I need my legs slimmed down.
I look forward to the new calendar, too.
Then I would like to ask you if you rewrite your answers somewhere. My English is not so great and do not understand by some answers.
    Thank you and good luck.

    1. SharkaH says:

And when I do for example Abs All Night Challenge, my neck hurts. I have to hold my head by hands. Am I doing something wrong?

      1. Hi Sharka!

I’m not Cassey, but in my own experience, tightening my abs helps to support my neck. Hope that helps 🙂

  11. Jessy says:

    Hey Cassey!

I have a question to you too:
How I can make my body more feminin? I mean how can I get a BIGGER Bum, a smaler waist and wider Hips? Can you exercise your Hip area so it becomes bigger?
and will exercising my obliques make my waist smaller? because when you work out your muscles they will get stronger, not smaller… or is it different?

Sorry for my bad english I come from Germany 😛

    Bye, Jessy

    Hi Cassey!
Do you have any tips on doing the rollover? You have it in a lot of your ab workouts such as abominable abdominals, the Miley Cyrus workout, and your Brokenhearted abs challenge. For some reason I’m REALLY scared to do it, which prevents me from doing those videos, which I REALLY want to do! Thanks 🙂
