Help me pick your 3 fave videos! DVD comments etc.

Hey POPsters!

Here’s a quickie vlog I did after filming the POP Pilates DVD. Watch to see why my butt is SOOOOOO sore today. If you haven’t already, can you please tell me which 3 of my videos you love most? Weighttraining.com wants to know which ones we should make a calorie burn counter for first! We will work towards doing nearly all of them eventually.

    I think the community idea is a great one. I’m picturing something like a forum, but also where you can write blog posts on your own profile and respond to other’s posts, and also link to content on sites like youtube and pinterest.

    But first just start with something simple and see how it evolves. Have a section where people can make suggestions for the site. Maybe have a sandbox area where people can just write whatever they want, like inspirational quotes or even maybe a paint-type app where people can draw stuff and have it be like a collaborative art peice. I think that would be pretty cool.

    Fat melting cardio and challenges, please, please, please! I know that weighttraining plans to log them too eventually but I’d really like to see them coming first cause I do at least one every day so it would really help 🙂 And if I have to choose some then: call me maybe squatty challenge, what makes you bootyful and the abs one! But mostly the fat melting cardio, that’s n. 1 for me 😉

    LOVE the new bikini blaster Muffin Topless, and my go-to after work video is always “New body makeover (Legs,Abs,Arms)”

    So hard to choose favorites – I could pick so many more. That’s the great thing about your work, you give such good variety! No matter what mood I’m in, there’s a video to do!!
