I would love to hear your view on clean eating through a more raw food diet. I am not completely raw, but over the last two weeks have been eating 70% or so raw a day. It works for me and I feel amazing. I want to make sure I am giving my body everything it needs also. Would love to hear from you to make sure I am travelling in the right direction. I started clean and this is just how it evolved as I listened to my body…Let me know. 🙂

I would love for you to do another challenge. Maybe a 30 day this time with different meal plans??

Hey Cassie! For the crying baby problem, have you tried earplugs? Preferably the ones that are heavy duty, like for concerts? I imagine if you can comfortably get through a heavy metal concert with them, it should be no problem for a crying baby.

    Thanks for the Q&A video.

Hey Cassie! I’m in such a weird place with my fitness and weight loss goals. I have about 3 kilograms (6/7 lbs?) to go and I CANNOT lose them, it’s frustrating and disheartening and makes it all the more difficult to stay motivated. I’m currently 53kgs, I’ve been trying to get to 50 for like a year!! (which is within my healthy weight range for a super short chick like me) Any tips or insight?

    HEY Casey!
I am a college student so I really don’t have the time, space, ingredients, or energy to make all of these scrumptious things you have on your site so…. What would you say is your favorite, most health beneficial snack? (I recently bought some chia seeds. how often do you suggest that is eaten?) What would you suggest? THANKS

I am also a college student, but have to make it work cause if I don’t my body yells at me. I love chia pudding, overnight oats and my blender (my bf says it’s an unhealthy obsession, I think otherwise). Chia pudding (you can search a specific recipe) is made with milk (my favourite is almond, but choose what your heart desires), sweetener (Stevia for me) and vanilla extract (or Chocolate, you choose the flavor). Mix and sit. So easy. Chia seeds take about 2 hours to start absorbing liquid , but I just leave them overnight and TADA breakfast. Overnight oats are made in much the same way with less chia seeds and more oats. Leave them overnight and you have breakfast tomorrow. I am no expert and have no specific link prepared, but in all my readings you want to always, always eat chia seeds soaked. They keep me so full. Now for the blender. I use mine for a five minute smoothie in the morning. I throw whatever produce I have on hand in it with some milk and something with a little fat and protein (chia seeds, nuts or protein powder) to keep me full, rinse out the blender and walk away. I am the queen of fast breakfasts in just a little space (with little or no mess at this point). I know I just told you about breakfast but, hopefully Cassy will respond also with other meals or if you want I can provide others in a continued response later..:) Happy Clean Eating!

Ah you missed my question, it was right under your Q post on FB! Barbell – do you tell the weight of it according to the weight which is hung on it or all together weight+barbell?
