This Cooking Clean with Quest episode features one of my fave entrepreneurs, President Tom Bilyeu of Quest Nutrition. It’s amazing how fast he’s grown this multi mullion dollar company from rolling protein dough in his kitchen just a few years ago. Stories of belief, passion, and determination always make me so happy and inspired to do more and to be better and better every day.
So in honor of leaders, entrepreneurs, and people making things happen everywhere (you included!!), here are some of my personal favorite quotes that I live by daily. Some picked up by friends, some by leaders I’ve never met, and one by Oprah 😀 If you ever engage in conversation with me, I may drop one of these on you:

Wow, reading those always energize me. I love it. Lately I’ve been quoting the 4th one a lot because I’ve been doing a lot of interviews on how I got started and I always tell people about how you have to give it your all, no regrets, or you’ll never know how much you can impact others and create change in this life.

I think you should make a video doing a mousse (don’t know if it’s the same word in english, haha). I learn a recipe that is super fit, from de Dukan diet, check it out:
2 cups of cold water
2 cups of skimmed milk powder
10g of juice powder without sugar
Mix all together til the time its creamy. Than let it cooler in the refrigerator.

I love the quotes! Especially the one ““To be successful, you must give yourself the 100% chance to succeed or else you’ll never know.”. This is so true. If you don’t give yourself the 100% chance, it just won’t work. When you keep on trying and going, you will see at some point it will work (it has too!) :)!

If you don’t give yourself the chance, it won’t work! And if you do and you really want it, you will make it work, you will keep going until it does:)!

This is my favorite flavor Quest bar!!!!! Unfortunately, I do not participate in social media; so I am giving my favorite two quotes here. Hopefully, you will still consider them Cassey. The first one is: “For what is done or learned by one class of women becomes, by virtue of their common womanhood, the property of all women.” (Elizabeth Blackwell). It perfectly describes our Blogilates community (including the males!) as one of us gets fitter and stronger, we inspire others to do so as well. Starting Blogilates with you has truly inspired me to become a stronger person!! The second one is by Dr. Seuss: “Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So… get on your way.” Whenever one feels lazy and is not in the mood to workout, just remember this quote. Your fitness journey is a mountain, and you can do it! Besides, when you are done working out with Cassey, the feeling of happiness is bliss 🙂

Sidenote- on the topic of inspirational entrepreneurs- I am taking a digital studies course in which I am writing a paper inspired by YOU!<3 Its going to focus on the fitness world and how the internet has transformed brick and mortar gyms and the best way that trainers can adopt their practice to make the most impact online.
