Hey guys!

WARNING. This workout is BEYOND ridiculous. I basically couldn’t breathe halfway through. So…I encourage you to try it! 😀

45 sec each, 15 sec rest in between.



1. Jump Squats x 45 sec
2. Burpee Push-Ups x 45 sec
3. Plank Jacks x 45 sec
4. Side Lunge Hops x 45 sec
5. Reptiles x 45 sec
6. Out-in Donkey Kicks x 45 sec
7. Plie Punches x 45 sec


If you’re following the #myyeartogrow January 2016 Workout Calendar, do this ONCE through on Monday along with your other videos. If it’s your only workout of the day, then do it 4x back to back with 1 min of rest in between rounds. Make sure you have a bottle of water laying around. YOU WILL WANT TO DRINK THAT BABY UP in between rounds. Trust. Me.


Oh and by the way, if you want to see me MAJORLY SUFFERING, then you’ll DEFINITELY want to watch the video above. For all those times I made you die, you may find it entertaining to watch me die…by my own workout…lol.

    PLEASE PLEASE Cassey, can someone at Blogilates fix the video search function so that we can find the calendar videos on here? I much prefer using your website to using YouTube and it would be great to be able to do so again. (Or have a web based version of your app maybe, that could be viewed on a laptop? I don’t want to have to try to follow your workouts on a small smartphone screen – I love watching you carefully and following along and that means using the laptop.) Thanks so much from a huge fan of yours in London xx

  3. What a great at home workout just using your body weight. I’d say if you did 4 sets you would burn between 400-500 calories. 4 of the moves are explosive like jump squats, reptile, pushup burpees and donkey kick backs. Anything where there is explosiveness burns a whole lotta calories. Remember to do some active rest between each set for at least a minute. Expect your heart rate to get up past the 75% of HR max which is why Cassey is having trouble breathing, talking and exercises. Well done Cassey!

    That was Amaaaaazing, I loved it. I did that four times thru, and I got even crazier and I added the Ultimate 2016 AB Workout, that created and wonderful hour. That was like a like a lot of sweat, a lot of fat burning, a lot of positive energy, and a a a a biiit of noise for those who live in the 3rd floor (especially when I was landing like a rock doing the donkey kicks ). I can’t find enough words to thank you Cassey, you are always amazing, I should thank you at least for changing the old idea that was stock in my mind that if I want to lose weight, I have to run for miles, and if I have to get stronger, I need to go the gym. You have totally made indoor workouts and transformation possible and Fuuuuun 😉

  14. I love that you’re putting out more cardio videos! I remember there was a period in time where you didn’t put one out for a very long time and all there was were pilates videos–which are great, but I like the blood-pumping, heart-racing videos more. 🙂

    This one is a lot harder than some of the other recent cardio videos you’ve filmed!

  15. Love your pilates workouts… I’m always sore the next day! I would LOVE to see any knee-friendly cardio moves you know of. I have chronic knee tendinitis and it’s been a killer, no spin or running for me for a while! Other than walking, I’m a little lost for cardio :/

    I loved this cardio workout!!! It was hard but got me so energized to do it again!! My fav cardio!!! Even my 15 mth old son was trying to jump with me in the very begining lol. He likes to be my weight whenever I’m in plank mode or on the floor haha. Thanks again for an AWESOME cardio session!!!!
