    Hello Cassey,

I love the recipes. Actually I am foody and I am on diet for my exercise routine. I am doing indoor cycling for last couple of months. Can I add the “French Toast Roll Ups” in my breakfast menu. Hope it won’t harm the diet plan. What you prefer?

Any of these recipes Cassey posts are good for you inside and out. Doesn’t matter how much carbs or fat are in them – they are good carbs and good fats. And calorie intake isn’t everything! If you’re following her page and working towards eating clean you’re on the right track. Getting so caught up in how much calories your meal has or how many grams of fat (there’s a difference between unsaturated and saturated fats by the way) will NOT help you in your journey towards health!

I just gobbled the waffle breakfast taco! I made one for my mom and I as our traditional Saturday breakfasts together. We always end up trying a clean eats version of everything since we are gluten free and dairy free. Thanks so much Cassey for making these videos for us!

I found a new breakfast that I LOOOOVE!! Smoothie/granola bowls. They are so dang delicious! I just make a smoothie, something green maybe with banana, kale, strawberry, spinach, and some frozen mango, then add granola with chia seeds on top and some sliced banana. It is amazing, energizing, and soooo good!

I was scared of sprouted bread so I bought gluten free white bread. Don’t do this! It was too crumbly. I couldnt roll it at all. If this happens, just fold it in half so its a rectangle, and panfry like in video. It was tasty though!

  7. Cassie says:

Hi cassey i wanted to ask you something..
My mom forced me today to eat a litttle bit of white rice and i did i feel reaaaaallly bad i haven’t been eating refind carbs since awhile now so is a little bit white rice okay ??

    1. Anna says:

Of course it’s fine! Eating a little bit of rice isn’t going to make you fat overnight, it’s all about moderation. You should check out xogingy’s YouTube channel. She’s a Poppilate’s master trainer and she has a great video about how to stop undereating and how to start flexible/intuitive dieting (eating what you want and not restrict any foods while still looking great). I hope this helps 🙂

  12. Brenda says:

Hi Cassey! Is the waffle for two? Seems like an awful lot of fat. Just curious.

Thank you so much for these great ideas ????

  13. Hey cassey, do you mind posting the total carb info instead of just the net carbs next time? 🙂 thanks!
