The Final Installment of the 2026 Popflex Team Retreat!

Sooo the third and final day of the 2026 Popflex Team Retreat began with a lil stress for me because I hadn’t finished my slides… one hour before I was supposed to present. Oops. Because of my last-minuteness, I missed out on that morning’s group hike, which I later found out included goats and a waterfall?!

Sad to miss, but the good news is that I was able to finish my slides and get ready for our presentation day!

Dress Code: Pantone Party

Ain’t no way I’m allowing presentation day to be boring and stuffy, so we set the tone with the dress code: Pantone Party. The more color, the better! I got crazy into color blocking for this theme. I found my dress and Sam’s shirt (which is vintage from the 90s) on Poshmark!

To loosen everyone up before presentations, we played a Popflex trivia game that literally left me crying but it was the perfect segue into presentations. We covered wins, flops, and failure being the best teacher. It teaches us everything about who we are, vs who we aren’t. Then I walked the team through plans for the future and we heard from Sam on analytics, our production team, and our marketing team.

The Big Surprise!

So last year, we surprised everyone with a claw machine full of Labubus, which left us feeling the need to really step it up this year.

So uhh I got kinda unhinged and brought in a money machine. It was totally as chaotic as it looks but I love me an element of crazy.

The Final Team Dinner

After presentations, we had our final team dinner, which was a super casual pizza night in our cozy matching Cloud sets. We spent the evening chatting it up and eating gelato from a cart and ended our week with our bodies exhausted and our hearts full.

Another special shoutout to my sister for planning an incredible week with so many thoughtful details to make the team feel special.
