Hey POPsters!!!

You know, every month I think I can get faster and faster at doing workout calendars but umm, nope. Therefore I find myself falling asleep on my keyboard at 3 in the morning on the first day of the new month.

Oops. But you know what it is? I’m a perfectionist…and perfectionists are procrastinators! You know why? They want everything to be so flawless and good that they don’t want to get started until they are 100% in the zone. And well, I keep waiting for that perfect moment. And it never really comes, because there are no perfect moments to start a workout calendar…until the pressure builds so much that I have to start! That ends up being the day before the new month!

Anyway, no more excuses, here it is! Just click on the pic to enlarge and save as! Print ans stick on your wall, fridge, or in your binder! Look at it every day to stay accountable!

Do you like the sparkly pink snowflakes? 😀 #DashingDecember is fun and I also added National Food Holidays on there for you! On those days I’ll try to come up with a healthy version of the food…the first one is cookie day this Tues! You know what you can make on that day!

If any POPsters are having trouble getting to this calendar, can you please help out and tell them to check their spam? I try to tweet as much as I can but I know that if we all help each other, no one will be left out!

    I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.

    year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.

    There’s one thing I’m slightly confused about with the calendar. Are we supposed to do additional cardio daily to supplement the vids, or is the cardio included? For example, should I be running/jogging in addition to the videos I did today?

    i’m 15 years old 125 pounds. most people say thats not so bad
    but it is if you’re only 5 ft 3′ and have short legs. so its quite a turn off and a major
    self-esteem degrader. I put on most of my weight in the 8th grade but since I started your videos i’ve already seen improvement! the problem is eating clean or reducing food by substantial amount. PLUS, my parents won’t let me, the keep giving me food -_- but if i follow your calendar for the whole month, will i see a significant difference which i can then maintain. PLEASE REPLY AND I LOVE YOU CASSEY <3

      I’m no expert, but I can say that if you don’t eat clean along with your workouts, you won’t be able to see efficient results. Try talking about it calmly with you parents. Tell them that you really want to be healthy and fit. I’m sure they’ll understand. Hope I helped! 🙂

    hey, i’m not understanding something and i REALLY need help! i’ve been doing the Blogilates 90 Day Challenge, and now i just discovered this and i was wondering, is this the same thing? i already saw the calendar and it’s too much for one day! are we supposed to do all the exercises or may we choose?

      Do you think it’s okay to only do 3-4 workout days a week , personally i think working out 1 hour a day , 6 days a week is really difficult. Maybe it’s only me but i think it’s a tad hectic to do that much exercise.

      But other than that loving Pilates. 🙂

    Cassey! I’m officially starting your workout calenders, I’m so e nervous. You seem to inspire me so much! I’m a 18 year old mom who needs to loose weight urgently! I’m ready for your challenges 🙂 I’ve done a few of your vids and they were killing me, but now I’m serious about keeping up w/ your calender.     I have been trying to download the workout calendars and after plugging the correct password in it starts to load the calendar and then it just stops. This has become really frustrating especially since I want to get in shape just like you. I’ve tried doing this with the past calendars as well and the same thing happens. Please please please help me with this Cassey!

    Love the workouts! But, I’m confused, is there any way to load all of the day’s workouts at once? It takes awhile to load each video and I wanted to have a continous workout. I’m 50 yrs and technologically stunted. Ha!!

      You can open them up in new tabs and either pause the videos you’re not doing, or turn the volume down on them. Then they can load while your doing the first video.

    Hey! I was wondering, bc I am a breastfeeding mother on a 3 hr schedule, if I could break up the workouts into 10-15 minute segments throughout the day and still reap the benefits? It’s hard to take a whole hour just to do my workouts, until after she goes to bed. And by then, I’m ready for bed, too. haha 🙂

      i don’t think that would be a problem 🙂 i think cassey even mentioned the option of splitting up the workout in an earlier calendar.
      for some people, it might even be beneficial bc then you’ll be able to go all out w/ each of the videos instead of losing form when you’re halfway through the workouts, you know what i mean?

    thank you cassey soso much! Over the summer you got me in EXCELLENT shape, i did a combination of your videos plus some running as cardio and i ate healthy the whole summer. I had never looked/felt healthier and toned than this summer, so i thank you from the bottom of my pilates loving heart. You also supported cardio AND pilates and that’s what i did..and you know what you made me love running more than anything, which is why i joined my school’s cross country team and i made my team AND myself extremely proud. Cross country season is over and the holidays are beginning but that doesn’t stop me from eating healthy and doing your videos. Your calendar seems like a ton of fun and this is my first time doing it, but i’m sure by the end of the month i won’t have to worry about getting in shape for track:) thanks again cassey for your hard work and dedication, for if it wasn’t for you, i wouldn’t have been prouder of myself and my achievements this year. Love you and keep doin yo thang girl<3 also, what does yolo meal mean? Anybody know what those stand for on sundays? thanks:)

    I loove love love your blog and videos!! Just found them like a week ago by accident! Can’t wait to start with this Dashing December tomorrow 🙂

    Greetings from snowy Finland, tried to go for a run today but it was super-slippery so it just became a long, and a bit scary, and absolutely freeezing walk (today it was – 15 Celcius, that’s about 5 Fahrenheit I think..)

        Haha, today it was even colder, like -20 C 😀 But actually running/skiing/whatever is more effective when it’s freezing, ’cause your body needs to use extra calories to stay warm. And you go faster because you want to get back home before your toes fall off LOL

    I noticed the calendar was smaller too but my bf showed me if you save the calendar as a picture you can adjust the size when printing the calendar by printing to fit the page option, hope this helps 🙂
