Hey POPsters!!

Here’s your new Monday workout!!! I want you to get on the floor, click play, and don’t stop til I stop. Got it? That’s right. It’s called an AB CHALLENGE!!! I know you can make it the whole way through! It’s my song of the moment  “Dance with Me” by Olly Murs! So fun and festive…I just wanna go swing dancing! But instead we’ll dance our abs to the beat of the song 🙂

And the moment you’ve all ben waiting for…the 4th winner of the Nikes Free Runs! Who is it?

    Those marching punches were CRAAAAZY. I am officially a POP HIIT ADDICT. Doing POP HIITS 3x/ week (or 2x/week + 1 cross train session) and running on the treadmill 2x/ week has made me STRONGER THAN EVER. Also, I am playing the best tennis of my life!

    Thank you SO MUCH for sharing these videos/ printables with us. I’ve already made up a calendar for the first couple months of grad school incorporating your POP HIITS + some other great workouts from other health/ fitness bloggers! Like you posted once, “fitness is like marriage — you can’t cheat on it and expect it to work” — MY 2013 MANTRA!

    Wow! This hurt my arms more than anything! I’ve done 8 workout with you today, which is quite an accomplishment! I’ve worked out with you for 1 week as of today! 🙂 Thanks! I would’ve just been sitting on my butt all day if it weren’t for you! You make me actually want to work out! 🙂 I am going to have to do cardio tomorrow! After my mom made me quit swimming for the season, I get tired doing cardio too easily, but I’m going to find a great video and push myself through it! 🙂 A bicep workout would be nice! Those half cobra pushups kill me! 🙂

    Hey Cassey! Can’t wait to try this workout tomorrow morning! Would you be able to do a biceps challenge? We’ve got all the triceps we could ever want and plenty of other arm and shoulder vids, but there are none specifically for biceps. And it would be really nice to have some more cardio song challenges – I get kind of tired of One More Night when I need a quick cardio session to throw in between strength and toning videos.

Your triceps challenges kill my arms and I have lovely triceps to show for it, but the opposing side of my arms are lacking a bit :/ Thanks girl! Keep up the good work!

    I just finished this along with the rest of the videos on the calendar. It challenges my abs but I feel like my quads/hip flexors really start to hurt when doing a lot of these moves today. Is it a flexibility issue or is there something wrong with my form? Any advice would be so helpful, I just want to make sure I’m getting the best workout I can! Thanks and keep up the wonderful work!!

    Hey Cassey! I enjoyed this video and the music was great! Would it be possible to get Foals with the song ‘My Number’ as a workout? Foals always get me pumped. (: Or maybe Passenger with ‘Wrong Direction’? I don’t know whether the music would be good for a work out but thought I’d just throw in some suggestions as well haha.
