Hi Cassey, I need your advice. I’ve been doing your workouts for the last 2.5 months. My goal was not to loose weight (I’m 5.41 ft, 110 lbs) but to get a nice lean, strong body (I have slim, jello like body). I haven’t changed anything in my original diet but since I started doing workouts i’ve went to 103.6 lbs. Seriously i don’t wanna look anorexic and I love my 34B+ cups and I don’t wanna loose them. Does it mean i have to eat more than i usually did to maintain my body weight? PLEASE HELP!!!

    1. Leah says:

Hey! So i just read your post, an in case Cassey doesn’t get back to you…I would recommmend eating more. If you want to maintain your weight then the amount of calories your burning throughout the day should equal the amount you’re eating everyday. Hopefully that helps!

  12. Anna says:

Hi Cassey this is just a random question but I’d really appreciate it if you could answer it! I’ve been working out with you for a month now and I’m wondering if exercise could cause my periods to be lighter? My period has been irregular for a while now but it just kick started again last month with a very heavy flow versus this month’s really light one…

    1. Emily says:

I’ve found that exercise, flying, illness, surgery, and especially stress all play a part in how heavy my period is. Also, mine was really irregular until i was 24 and i think i started at 14 so it took 10 years to figure out what normal was for me. And i still get variation in flow now and then. Also, your period can stop if you lose too much weight, which depending on how old you are can stunt your growth. It happens with gymnasts which helps them be better gymnasts.

    2. Charlotte says:

This happened to me too when I was running regularly. I wasn’t sure if I should have been worried or glad…
