    I actually binged on fried chicken, onion rings, and fried mushrooms last Sunday. After doing one of your workouts. Yeah, I did bad and felt bad. I’m doing better this week, though.

    Oh god yes. I make a horribly squinched-up war face and hiss out profanities through my teeth! But it’s all worth it <3 I've only been doing your workouts for maybe two months and its REALLY starting to be noticeable 😀 So thank you, Cassey, for making me make my war face to get through your terrifyingly tough workouts!

    Everyone curses at their PT’s whether in person or online but it’s always in good jest! If we really didn’t like it, we’d just get up and walk away.

    When I’m dying without breath and you are like “c’mon!!! yey~ 5 more!!”.. then my face become a poker face expression and I create a love/hate relation with your video hahahahah ^^
    But always with more love than hate!! ^^

    When my workout bestie and I do your videos we find dropping the F-bomb on every single rep helps us get through it. The louder we yell the harder we train! xoxo <3

    ha, curse at you…i can’t utter a word during or for a solid 10 minute afterwards so there is NO WAY i’m cursing at you. too busy pulling the puke bucket closer every rep i do. 😛

    I don’t swear, it’s more of a gasp of incredulousness and a whimper “why are you so mean?” When I’m feeling really belligerent I become a sulky forth grader and mutter “you do four more” as I do four more. Thanks for the inspiration!

    I always do especially with the “call me maybe, squat challenge.” and “crive by innner thighs.” they are the weakest spots for me right now as far as constant repetitive movements go

    I don’t curse at the screen so much as I kind of huff in amazement at how long you can do a certain move! I get frustrated with myself for not always being able to keep up despite understanding you’re a pro and I’m just beginning. I love your videos and they are the first videos in a long while that has motivated me to start working out at home. Thank you! x

    I may say a few not so nice things…

    But honestly, you’re probably the only part of it that allows me to keep going. You’re enthusiasm and the silly things you say. Like in that one video where you start talking about bras and tell any boys watching to mute it…. I would laugh more often but I’m usually in too much pain to do so… Or things like “Don’t you dare drop that leg!” and “No, no, no, don’t say bad things to me!”

    I never swear at you Cassey, however I did yell things at the screen (aka: You) ha ha. My favorite is when I yell, “Are you KIDDING ME, lady?” then my husband comes in the room laughing at me, and I say, “She’s a crazy ninja, I swear!” he he. But I love it. I love how hard you push me/us. Best workouts I’ve ever done, and the one ones I’ve actually stuck with for longer than a couple of weeks! Thank you! 🙂

    Hmmm, I curse like a lot, but I don’t give you names, except sometimes that you must be a sadist ^^ There’s one workout, I don’t remind which one, where we lift our straighten legs for abs, and you talk, and it lasts and lasts and then you say “oops I forgot we were doing this, haha”, kills me every time ^^

    Well, I think my comment it’s getting TOO long, but I really need advise from you, ’cause you really gave me motivation it’s why i’m thinking about running a marathon on octuber, the 13th exactly, so I don’t have much time to get ready, and the thing is that I’m out of shape, overweight and stuff, so it’s going to be a challenge to me.. So I wonder how to get ready, what do you recommend? start Jogging? eating more proteins? I don’t now how to start… I’m tryin’ to eat clean, but I really want to know what you think, It’s pretty important to me so please reply! big hugs! bye luv you Cassey!

    must confess there are a few wtf’s & omfg’s when being told to ‘hold it’ or ‘5-8more’, ‘now backwards’ and I am already gasping like a fish out of water, my core is shaking and my limbs are noodles, but I love your energy, your determination to get me in shape and your well timed joyful bark’s of ‘dont stop’, ‘keep going’. I am grateful for your generosity, your amazing, and I will keep coming back for more 🙂

    Hey Cassey! I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my back about a month ago and am working on getting better 🙂 they told me that I am prone to them and it wouldn’t be a great idea to keep doing high impact exercises in the future. I was so heartbroken! I thought, there goes my toned muscles forever!!!! BUT then I saw all your Pilates videos and your fab figure and I had hope again! Once I’m healed I am going to get into Pilates and maybe even become an instructor 🙂 thanks for the inspiration and for making so many great videos that build muscles up without pounding on the bones! xoxo Georgia Mae

    I’ve never actually sworn at you, but sometimes when I think I’m done with a certain move and then you say “let’s pulse it out!” or “reverse it!” I yell “WHAT!?” at my computer, all exhausted haha 😀

    haha, guilty!
    i must say though it happens only on days when i’m reeeally not feeling it, which is quite rarely the case 🙂 and: i wouldn’t actually swear at you, i’d just go like “aaaah stop talking!!! start counting!!!”

    but what happens much more often is that i burst out laughing after the excercise bc the move (or number of reps) was so incredibly hard that i cannot believe i just went through that torture for real, so the only way to handle this “surreal” experience is by laughing hysterically and yelling “she’s crazy!! she’s completely crazy!!” to myself! 😉

    I don’t curse at all (I’m a Christian), but I do kinda hate you when I’m working out to your videos, lol. I love you the next day, though, when I’m feeling sore from my workout (yes, I like feeling sore, lol) 🙂

I have never said anything super mean, but the first time I worked out with you I was like “Oh my god this lady is insane, like seriously what is wrong with her… Is she trying to kill us?”…”Oh my gosh I am going to die, seriously how is this lady so like energetic, like seriously… Here I am, my butt about to fall and this lady is going, ‘Yes you can do it! Isn’t this so much fun?'”. Hahaha it was a pretty insane day! But is the DVD going to be videos from the videos on this website/blog, or is it going to be a whole new video? Plus, once you make a DVD, will you still be making these short workout videos? Cause I love them! Thanks so much Cassey for everything!
