Hey POPsters!

Today’s new video is a fun one! I was inspired to do a quick Cardio Ballet Challenge to get your heart pumping and your legs strong! There’s one main move that I want you to practice first before we get into it. There are also a lot of kicking lunges and kicking lunge hops. You know what that means. Butt. Quads. Calves. Oh My.

The song here is Lana del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness” remix. Love this song right now.

I want you to push your shoulders away from your ears and point your toes as much as you can! Graceful fingers. Pretend you are a dancer. Doesn’t matter how you look. I just want you to work hard and lift high! Jump high! This is what will get you burning those calories quick. And just so you know…dance is one of the most fun ways to get your cardio in. Seriously. If you really push hard and hit your moves, and keep rehearsing over and over again, it’s pretty much like HIIT. A very stylish form of HIIT!

What did you do this Labor Day Weekend? I unfortunately did not get to go jet skiing (boo) but I did get these pretty succulents. Look!

They make me happy and they are currently sitting right beside me on my desk. Look at those itty bitty yellow flowers! So adorbs I can’t even. No pets for me at the moment, so plants will fill that void for now.

    Cassey, your choreography is so fun! I’ve got to practice that jump! I felt like a dancer with the first series of moves and then fell over the when the jumping began. I had to laugh through the burn the second half of the song.

    Great workout! I like cardio exercises because they are good for weight loss like nothing else! Sometimes I was experiencing lack of endurance during my cardio trainings, but Military Grade supplements helped me improve my results. I was pleasantly surprised when I first trained twice as long as I used to in the gym. Since then my shape was steadily improving. I would have never believed that a supplement can do that much, but now I know it from my own experience.

    Cassey, I love Love LOVE this workout! I felt so graceful and felt the BURN at the same time! SO fun! Have you considered doing more videos like this, maybe a series with different styles of dance? Maybe hot abs bellydancing?? 😀

    But I was wondering why the “Amazing Upper Back & Leg Stretches”-video has become age restricted? I loved that video sooo much, and now I can’t even do it..
    But omg, my butt seriously hurt right now, or actually my whole body hurts! I’ve been doing like 6 videos to get a kick start beacause I haven’t been training pop pilates this last past three weeks, except for some stretchingvideos after some running and biking. I have actually exercised only the legs, and today I really felt for doing some arms- and upper body exercising, and pop pilates. I ended up doing 6 video for every part of my body! I’m going to start on the september workoutcalendar tomorrow. I know it’s late, but better late than never, right? 🙂

    When I looked at the calendar and only saw 2 videos, I was like oh wow today will be easy. I’ve never been so wrong!!!
    I absolutely loved the new ballet video! Great cardio and sooo much fun!

    But then I tried the pop hiit…I almost died. I couldn’t even finish it! I know that sounds bad, but I think I’m in between the beginners calendar and the regular calendar so some of the days are still too challenging for me. But I know I did my best because I was super sweaty (ew) and my shoulders, calves, and thighs were about to fall off. Maybe next time I can finish a pop hiit.

    This one is postponed for tomorrow – today 1h workout in the morning and 3h of volleyball practice give me cramps already. Btw. Cassey if it is possible can you post Monday new videos the day before (as I would love to be able to do them in the morning Copenhagen time 🙂 and I must say it is crazy as before nobody ever motivated me to workout in the mornings but you managed it Cassey and I am super grateful for that ! Thanks and bring it on!

    When you post your new videos you always post them really late at night after i have done my exercise in my country so is it okay that i did the katy perry roar video and next week i will probably do this video

  24. I was doing today’s workouts from the calender and my puppy joined in, and had so much fun. It also wore him out so much that he slept for pretty much the entire afternoon, so that’s also a plus haha

    I want to work out so bad but because the pain in my lower back, I was forced to just do an hour of stretching with your videos. I am sad about it but I will be back on track at the end of the week once my back heals enough.
