Blogilates Meal Plan Reminders + oGorgeous in FITNESS Magazine

1 more day. Are you ready??? We’re gonna all support each other in this healthy, blooming Blogilates Community. I will also try to release the grocery lost as soon as possible tomorrow. Now, to make sure everyone’s on track:

1. Make sure you’ve signed up for the newsletter! Click that blue subscribe button on the top right hand corner of my blog. It will be emailed out on Monday.

2. Create a Tumblr blog and add yours to this list on Facebook so we can all follow your progress. Then follow me, for quick updates and motivational tips.

3. Also, make sure you’re subbed to BOTH and for workout challenges, meal plan updates etc.

That’s it!!!!! Think about how awesome this is. We’re all gonna be urging each other on. When you feel down, come to the facebook fan page, rant, rave, and get support. When you’re feeling victorious, post a pic on Tumblr and we’ll all reblog it. This whole thing is gonna be sooooo ridiculously cool. You have thousands of other POPsters from all over the world keeping you accountable. For free. And I’ll be RIGHT there with you.

    Just to let you know that I’ve done my first Nike race here in Portugal, 10km, not a half marathon but pretty good for first one. I´ve done it non stop and so so proud! Thanks for all the tips, inspiration and motivation! You’re the best! Please let us know when you come to Lisbon to a Pilates reunion! eheh 🙂

    I was wondering if you would please consider combining the 90-day meal plan with daily workouts. That might help people stay motivated and achieve the results they’re looking for. I understand that may be asking too much but hope you give it some thought! Thanks 🙂
