i’m not sure what you were saying but the picture and peoples faces said it all 🙂
when i saw i’m not the only who struggles with your moves when i do them at home, it made me laugh.
I saw some girls trying to keep the leg straight or balanced, and despite their best efforts, it still wasn’t as easy as you proposed, and it wasn’t perfect. but nevermind that cos we know; next time it’ll be few mm straighter or few secs. longer or it be the whole set hihi 🙂 i love it.
by the way any plans on coming back to uk? I’ve missed you last time and after watching this video definitely wouldn’t want to miss next one.

I had the best time. I went for a four hour drive to see you, and when I told some friends in Boston who I was planning on staying with they replied: “You’re coming all the way to Boston to do pilates and then you’re gonna go home if you have nowhere to stay?!” My reply: “For Cassey…Yeah, dudes!” 🙂 I would do it again. Had the best time working out and seeing how much love and strength you spread to so many wonderful young women AND men. You’re just so inspirational.
