Best Workout to Burn Fat and Sculpt Flat Abs!
Hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. I just filmed your new Flat Stomach Fat Melter video yesterday and got it up in time for your Monday workout on the #AprilAbs Calendar! Woohoo! This one is INTENSE. It’s a combination of sweat-worthy HIIT moves and some of my best and newest Pilates abs exercises:
1. Squat Claps
2. Lengthened Ab Holds
3. Single Legged Burpees (yup, I just said that)
4. Inching Caterpillar
6. Jumping Reptile
7. Ballerina Leg Outs

Also, this video was LONG OVERDUE but it was a post natal workout I filmed with Colette Butler of the Shaytards family! It was so fun exercising with her and baby Brotard! Watch this video for a good laugh even if you don’t have a 14lb baby to use as a weight 🙂
It’s important to be active before your pregnancy, during, and to get back into exercise once you feel ready to after you’ve delivered. Like Colette said in the video, when she was instructing fitness classes during her pregnancy, she bounced back wayyyy faster than when she did not. Her body was much more resilient. It obviously doesn’t have to be anything crazy intense – you just gotta keep the momentum going.
Oh! And watch til the end. Somebody gets jealous and it’s good.
