Beautiful Body Pilates Workout
HAPPY MONDAY! I just got back home from teaching my 8am POP Pilates class. It’s always so hard to get outta bed but after I do, when I see my students, and when the music starts playing, I’m super alive! Are you a morning worker-outter or a night time kinda person? I want to be a morning person but with my sleep sched it makes it real hard! Maybe one day…
Anyway! Here is your new video! Beautiful Body Pilates! The workout sculpts your total body and features the Blogilates Stretch Band! Using the band made the workout THAT much more intense and I LOVED the burn! It also allows me to get creative when I design your routine. If you don’t have the bands, here are the choices you have:
1. Use a stretchy pair of leggings, tights, or sweat pants
