Hey guys!

HAPPY MONDAY! I just got back home from teaching my 8am POP Pilates class. It’s always so hard to get outta bed but after I do, when I see my students, and when the music starts playing, I’m super alive! Are you a morning worker-outter or a night time kinda person? I want to be a morning person but with my sleep sched it makes it real hard! Maybe one day…

Anyway! Here is your new video! Beautiful Body Pilates! The workout sculpts your total body and features the Blogilates Stretch Band! Using the band made the workout THAT much more intense and I LOVED the burn! It also allows me to get creative when I design your routine. If you don’t have the bands, here are the choices you have:

1. Use a stretchy pair of leggings, tights, or sweat pants

2. Do it without

    I love this stretch band workout. I had some for dance class year ago but we never really used them. Thanks for this wonderful help with that but I was wondering if you could do one about flexibility? Also my mom gave me a pair of danskin weighted balls that aren’t big enough to use as a medicine ball (They’re only like 4 pounds). What workouts can I do with these to tone? I hate to see them just sitting in the closet.

    Cassey, i loved the workout! I was wondering if you could do a cardio workout on the song klingndale-jubel. I really need to lose some lower belly and inner thigh fat by the beginning of march. Question: when i feel that burn in my quads,does it build the muscle or burn the fat?

    I suggested to use sweat pants/leggings/any other stretchy piece of clothing on the video! Love that you saw my comment! I’m following the calendar so sometimes you gotta be creative 🙂
