  2. Yousef says:

    Hi cassy
    help me, please
I do my workouts well ,
    but I cannot stop eating
what should I do ? Please help me

  3. Sarah says:

Are there certain flavors of Quest bars that anyone would recommend? Thanks.

    1. Christine says:

I just bought some, I love the banana nut muffin flavor the best! Also the chocolate peanut butter is pretty good. Those are the only flavors I have tried apart from the strawberry cheesecake which is also delicious.

  4. Frances says:

so many things I want to try from this list!!! ^____^

  5. Jarka says:

    Hey Cassey!
You have a very long and beautiful hair. How do you do it that they look so great? 🙂
What kind of food do you eat to make your hair so healthy ?

  6. kayla says:

ugh i’ve been hooked on the peanut dressing since i was a kid! my mom bought it all the time. and as far as trader joe’s groceries go, you should try a bag of their salt and pepper rice crisps. so so good. also the eggplant hummus! 70 calories in a quarter cup which is great because I can never stop eating it lmao.

  7. Cate says:

What happened to cheap clean eats?

  8. Matilda says:

    I love quest bars.
Strawberry cheesecake was actually the 1st quest bars I bought. I thought they were ok. Then I discovered Almond crunch & chocolate brownie.
Love them, as does my 4 year old son.

  9. Mackenzie says:

Asian Style Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette: Water, sugar, rice vinegar (rice vinegar [water, rice], sugar, salt), roasted peanut oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), peanut butter (peanuts, salt), jalepeno peppers, sesame oil, modified corn starch, cilantro, chili powder, ground cumin, red bell peppers, salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, granulated garlic, granulated onion

I love your videos, but this is not really healthy, isn’t it?

    1. Christine says:

The only thing I see wrong with that is the modified corn starch and the xantham gum? A small amount on a salad wouldn’t hurt would it?

  10. jolene says:

your dress!!! it’s so pretty!!! love the design and the awesome fluro peach (?) color!! i dun actually live in the US, i’ve been thinking about getting the crunchy cookie butter for days and i just couldn’t get it off my mind!! i finally succumbed to my temptation and decided that if it is really tasty, the postage fee is worth it!

  11. Lauren says:

Cassey you are so adorable! “It has a flavor but it doesn’t have a soul!”
    I LOLed SO HARD!
You are awesome, can’t wait to see September’s Favorites too! 🙂

  12. Walden Farms is RANK! I tried their KETCHUP once a few years ago and I pretty much booted the second I swallowed, soooooo not worth it! Ugh. Because of that experience I have not tried any of their other products, and I do not think I ever will. They have a marshmallow fluff or something, except it has no calories, no fat, no sugar, etc – and I wonder what on EARTH is in it. Oh that’s right, a whole bunch of weird chemicals! NO THANK YOU. ha ha!

  13. Cassey, I have to admit that I was skeptical when you said you were going to tell us about a YOLO food for life, but then… it was SPECULOOS! And I can’t believe you said you saved the best for last and it was spicy peanut dressing. Nothing is better than Speculoos! 😛 I discovered it when I was visiting my sister in Belgium (it’s a Belgian product and for a long time was not available outside of that country). It’s so amazing. Now I really want some, but luckily I don’t have any, because when I do I just keep eating it and eating it. Yum!

  14. Megan says:

Hi Cassey, will you please make an app version for the iPad?

  15. Léa says:

OMG !! I love your dress so much !! Plus it’s so sexy on your body 🙂 I really would love to try all the ideas you gave us. Today i’m going shopping so … I’ll try anything good for my health
That was an awesome video, you should do more !
    Love you Cassey <3

  16. Yuenie says:

Does anyone know how often Cassey has Dietbets? It’s not a monthly thing, is it every other month? I probably can’t make it this month so I was hoping to target the next one *=)

  17. Melissa says:

You have to make more videos like this Cassey! I totally enjoyed it XD
I love the idea of putting Questbar on microwave and turned it into 4 cookies! And your dress + slippers are super cute!!
Too bad we don’t have Trader Joe’s in Indonesia 🙁

  18. Ioana says:

Hello popsters!! I’m having a problem, I can’t sign up for the workout calendar 🙁 Please, can anybody send me the picture in an email? , this is my email adress. Thank you very much and good luck in your journey !

  19. Maddy says:

“…literally taste worse than..i don’t even know. I was going to say worse than water but water tastes really good..” I LOLed

  22. Angie says:

I’m a fellow instructor, and I just got my own blog up and running. Check it out if you have a minute! (I hope you don’t mind me sharing!)

  23. Kailey says:

TJ’s Cookie Butter…omg my loooooove. Major YOLO but so worth it!
Also love Quest bars! Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough…ahhh!
Love low carb tortillas…the ones you showed are great and I also love these:
The 9 Grain Chia ones are so good. Now they have classic deli bread flavors too. Jackpot!

…I sound like a spokesperson for that company…I swear I have no affiliation haha.

  24. Zuzanna says:

Totally loved that video! Please Casseyy – do more like this:) unfortunetaly we don’t have TJ in Poland – threre are all of known markets except this one . Maby popsers from l
All over the World should do their own brand – pop shop:) with only healthy food in it;)

  25. Ange says:

Questbars are the best! I’ve been eating them for years! Chocolate chip cookie dough, cinnamon roll, apple pie and banana muffin are my favs!

  26. Jessica says:

To reward myself for eating right and working out i actually just bought that dress 😀 yayyyyy its sooo cute. I figure instead of having cheat days ill just reward myself with a new dress, or make up cause i dont like fatty foods anymore and i feel quilty aterwards where as now i wont 😀 x

  27. Jessica says:

    Hey Cassey! 🙂
Im so glad you did a post today, it keeps me going even on my YOLO days, keeps me in the sweatember mood and its also nice to have almost like a conversation with you, instead of it just being the workout videos. Your dress is superrrrrrrrr cute omg im in love with it, hope i can find something like that here in the UK. Love you so much 🙂

  28. Gwen says:

Have you ever given tips/instructions about making your own sprouts? It is really easy and fun – and gives you “fresh greens” in the dead of winter. I live in Ohio, so that is helpful. And sprouts are so high in nutrients!

Recently I came across, which is a great resource for supplies, seeds, and how-to videos. Since then I’ve been sprouting mung beans for stir-fries and alfalfa for my sandwiches!

  29. Jill says:

Raspberry season is actually already over in Europe. We had some in the garden until recently and I don’t remember ever eating more than two or three “late bloomers” in September oô

  30. April says:

“..has no soul.” LOL omg that made me laugh so hard

  31. Jennifer says:

Was just at trader Joe’s and saw that peanut butter but didn’t know if it would be good so I got almond butter instead. Too funny!!

  32. Erika D says:

OMG! Your dress is so freaking CUTE! And I love the nail polish as well, and I don’t even like dark polishes normally 🙂 You should see if will do a coupon for your followers 😉 I love the dress so much but i can’t swing $50 at the moment….womp womp.

  33. Grace says:

    Loved this video. <3

  34. Tasha says:

I do not normally comment on blog posts, but I wanted to let you know that I enjoyed this video. Hopefully there are more to come. Monday I started the Beginner’s Calendar and I have loved doing it each morning. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence, but I have felt more energized throughout the day. I am happy with my weight, but just wanted to tone and I think your vids are going to be perfect for that. I hate that I am missing out on the Sweatember Calendar, though!

I am a special education teacher and my days are pretty stressful. I love what I do, but it’s nice to know I can get my day started by releasing some endorphins! I get up at 4:30 to workout and have my God time. Thank you for freely giving vids on YouTube to help others be healthy. It means more to people than you will ever know. I am definitely going to have to purchase a tank or 2 with the cool quotes!!

  35. Cassey, their are times when I look at your workouts and cringe. Today is one of them!!!

  36. Amy says:

Love this and I have to totally agree with you on the Walden Farms stuff!! I have tried so many of their products because I really want to like them because they are no cal and no sugar, etc. But they are awful!! All of them!!

  37. Lauren O. says:

Cassey, I loved the video. I made this recipe last week, it is so good. You could totally adapt it for a cheap clean eats!

  38. Ashley says:

This is crazy but I already eat and love cookie butter and the peanut salad dressing! Omg that dressing is good in everything including cuscus! Try slicing a banana in half and putting cookie butter in between.. Heat it up in the microwave and eat!! So yummy you could even add chocolate chips lol

  39. April says:

I’m with you 100% on the raspberries and the alfalfa sprouts! They are 2 of my very favorite foods! Just bought up a couple of the container’s of raspberries over the weekend! I totally indulged with them last night, though….a little bit of ice cream topped with raspberries. That was my YOLO food! It seems I am going to need to pick up a jar of that Crunchy Cookie Butter, though! Sounds yum!!

  40. 3girls1apple says:

Heyyyyyyy…we actually follow you on Instagram! Love your posts! We’re going to have to try out the Dietbet now, too! Woo hoo! Thanks for all the inspiration. xoxo

  41. Tess says:

You definitely need to do one every month!! 😀 my friend kept saying she loved the Walden Farms ranch and I’m really glad I didn’t buy it! My fave is Hidden Valley light or fat free ranch 🙂 I’m gonna have to try some of these things out 🙂 thanks for always being so fun and enthusiastic 😀

  42. Lauryn says:

    Hey Cassey!!

I’m absolutely inspired by you! I go on and on about you at work all the time! Speaking of which, at work we are allowed to listen to music in the kitchen and we are all pretty much college students, can you say 90’s babies?!?! So one day at work we did a throw back music playlist day and played Brittany Spears, nsync, backstreet boys, and so on, oh my goodness SO MUCH FUN!!!! So I was thinking that you should do a throwback music series or video workout. … how much fun would that be? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Cassey!!!!
    Love you!!
P.s. Can’t wait to workout after I get out of work ♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥

    1. Amy says:

  44. Vanessa says:

Can’t wait to try that salad dressing, I hadn’t seen it before! I have tried the cookie butter but I have since banned myself from buying it because I ate the whole jar in 2 days! -_-

  45. Kat says:

Aww I love watching you in action Cassey, you are just so enthusiastic about EVERYTHING! Not gonna lie, I have spent entire evenings just watching back various V-logs on YouTube (I know, sad!), but I just love your energy and sense of humour and it makes me feel so much more connected to you and the Blogilates community. Loved this video, can’t wait to see the next one even though I’m not in the US and can’t buy any of the stuff! LOL! <3<3

Oh my god love this video! You have to do one every month. I live in UK so I doubt I can buy some of the things in the video but it gives me some ideas! Btw, loving the dietbet atm, it’s so motivating!

  48. Jillian D. says:

I am loving the Dietbet so far – money is such a great motivator! I really am thinking twice before I put anything in my mouth. Where do you announce the winner each day? It’s hard to find in the comments in the app!
