    Hi Cassey!
Thank you so much for the calendar, your videos, and everything you do for us. I’m so happy to train with you and become stronger and healthier as the months go by.
    You are such an inspiration!
    ❤️❤️

    Hi Cassey
You are perfect and a nice soul too. Thanks alot dear. Kindly share some of your weight training exercises. And what do you ate during last days of your 90 days challenge too.

Hi, I am an 18 year old teenager from India. Since 4 months, I was busy preparing for my entrance exams due to which, somewhere my health was neglected and now I am struggling to lose weight. I have seen many websites which say weight training is the fastest way to lose weight. But I don’t know how to start and where to begin with 😭😭. I used to follow your videos since 2 years and could see the results. I request you to make a workout calender for the September month which would include weight training at least twice a week?????

  6. Pinky says:

I just want to know if I can do maybe one video in the morning and the rest in evening, as I do not have as much time. Will it still be effective if I work out this way?

  7. Lana Remenar says:

Please bring back the pdf calendar with links to workouts. I don’t do the days in the same order and it was easier for me to get to the videos… Thank you!

  8. Šárka says:

Hi Cassey 🙂 I have a problem with the application ,, Body by Blogilates ,, Paid annual subscription, but the calendar does not work in the application 🙁 Is it possible to fix this? Thank you, Šárka from the Czech Republic.

    1. Deandra says:

This is happening to me as well!

    Hi Cassie & Blogilates team,
I’m a long time follower, but relatively new to actually doing the workouts! I wanted to echo the feedback below that I was a little frustrated to discover that you’d removed the PDF links this month. I decided to try the app, but given that it’s quite new I have experienced a lot of glitches and challenges with it. I hope that as your company evolves the app it will iron out some of the problems and functionality. I would love if you could see the previous days in the app, as I don’t always do the workouts the day of. It would be great as well if you could add in a check mark to the days in the calendar that have been fully completed or let the users click into the completed workouts in the stats section! I write it on a physical calendar but feel the app is missing the satisfaction of looking back at the completed workouts.
I’ve been sure to register all the issues I’ve been having so you can continue to update as needed.
Look forward to whatever improvements will come!
    Thanks,
    SH

This was very well stated and I totally agree with everything. The PDF is important to many people that use this web site, especially since the app is unusable to many people. $3.99 many not sound like a lot of money but there are families out there who have had their income cut drastically and that money needs to go for essentials. I would hope Blogilates would rethink their decision and include the PDF next month.

  10. Cayla says:

I miss the pdf too!!! I save it on my desktop and use it every single day on my lunch break.

  11. miyuxmiyu says:

I wish you could see the other days of the calender too in the app. Since I rest 1 day in between, I can only do the current day and miss the others. 😭😭

  12. Jennifer Mullins says:

I signed up for a paid subscription on the app but I can’t get past the page asking me to buy a subscription. I have tried since day 1 and haven’t been able to use the features I’m paying for.

    1. miyuxmiyu says:

Try to click on the settings icon and restore your purchase. I have to do that everytime I use the app, but it works 😅

  13. Béibhinn says:

    Hi Cassey!
I’m also in favour of bringing back the pdf version of the workout calendar as I sometimes you use my laptop and it seems like the playlists on youtube disappear after a few days. In general I find the pdf is good it can be bookmarked and you can direct access to the vids (also stops me from getting distracted).

  14. Kelly says:

I love the new app! I find it so much easier and more convieient than the pdf. It works perfectly for me, and the monthly cost is a steal for all of the new fresh content Cassey gives us each month. Thanks Cassey

  15. KaryMontse says:

Hi, Cassey. I love your app but I have a problem, I forgot my username and I can’t find a way to get it back D:

  16. Gh says:

Hi can’t find the app on Microsoft. Store so sad 🙁

  17. Po Ro says:

Does anyone know the name of the new video for August 10, 2020 was…..I wasn’t here all day yesterday and when I got back I went straight to bed, and went to work out today but I don’t see anything.

  18. Olivia Hart says:

Hi Cassie, I really appreciate all of your amazing workout content. For me, the PDF version of the calendar was much easier to use since I get really distracted by YouTube and it was so easy for me just to bookmark the calendar and click directly on the workout of the day. I also would really appreciate it if the PDF calendar was made available again. Thank you!

    1. Donna says:

      I agree

    2. Amy says:

      Also agree!

  19. Felicia says:

I’ve downloaded August calendar and subscribed. The videos today were buffering. Had to use YouTube as the calendar didn’t work either. PLease let me know what to do.

  20. Sarah says:

Hi, I’ve noticed you deleted the previous days playlists from your channel. Could you please upload them again? I had to take a few days break because of my crazy period and now the playlists are gone 😬

    1. Sundog10 says:

I missed a few days also and they are gone. I ve given up on the app as I spent more time trying to get into it and it was unworkable. And now the PDF is gone also, the playlists are all we have.

  21. Hello cassey,
Please I would really appreciate it if in the next month workout you still posted the PDF of the calendar. It allows for easier use and direct access to the workout for that day. Sometimes I can’t find one or two workout for the day on the app which makes me have to go to YouTube to search for the workout. I can’t even understand how to search or know your new videos unlike when using the PDF where I just get redirected almost immediately.

    1. Shannon Smith says:

Upvoting this! It was SO much easier for someone who uses their laptop while working out just to use the calendar PDFs.

  22. Gilat says:

Hi, can’t seem to download the calendar for some reason…

  23. Brandee says:

Love your workouts! I purchased the subscription and agree that accessing other days in the app would be beneficial. I would also recommend finding a way to incorporate airplay into the videos. I love being able to put your workout on my tv from my phone but can’t seem to do that with the app.

  24. N says:

Hey Cassey, the 9th of August is the same workout as the 8th of August- even though one day is legs and the other day is abs! What should we do instead as the playlist is not on youtube yet? Thanks <3

    1. N says:

Sorry! I’ve just seen that its only the JPEG that has that error.

  25. Lim says:

Hi, once again the youtube playlist is not updated for my time zone. The latest playlist is August 8th but it’s August 9th 6pm at my time zone now. I hope you would consider creating the playlist one day ahead. Thanks anyway! Love you!

  26. Christina says:

I Love your Workouts and the YouTube Playlists, but PLEASE keep the PDF version for next following months. I am living in Switzerland and when I am already having the next day the videos in the playlists are not yet there. Keep up the good work 💚

  27. Rishita Gurung says:

    Hi,
After my 7 day free trial, I paid for the membership but this morning I was logged out from my profile. When I tried to login, it is giving me an error and there is no forgot passowrd option. So I am not able to track the workout that I have finished upto date. Please advise!

  28. poorcookie says:

Hi Cassey, I just wanted to chime in with my feedback as well. I totally downloaded your app and am super excited for you but I too have felt bummed out that you no longer are uploading PDFs anymore. I personally used it as a way to highlight and mark off which ones I did, which ones I totally loved (and which ones I’d rather skip next time), and see which days I ended up skipping (if I’m good I’ll go back to do it & do double the workout for a certain day!). I don’t have a TV in my room so I cannot broadcast your app onto a TV…so I use my laptop to do my workouts. I think those of us who use desktops and laptops to access your workouts still really need the PDFs. Like others have said as well, sometimes I’m tired and need to switch days, which is super easy with the PDF but impossible with your YouTube playlist (unless you were to upload at least a week in advance). Please bring back your PDFs! I’ve been following your workout for a long time now and am SO grateful for all of the content you provide for us, and your body positive messages to everyone. Thank you so much Cassey for everything and for always listening & being open to suggestions.

  29. mal says:

hi! the pdf version’s helped out a lot, if for the future it could come back !! thank you !!

  30. vikham says:

I’m loving the new app, really loving the design and everything. The only problem I’m having with the app and the fact that you don’t provide us with the pdf anymore is that I’m forced to do every day in the set order. I used to love how the pdf allowed us all to adjust the workouts according to our own schedules etc. I usually switch around Mondays and Fridays simply because I already have a fairly hard workout on Mondays and prefer to use that day to then stretch and relax my muscles afterwards. Instead I do Mondays videos on Fridays. We don’t really have this choice anymore which is really quite sad.

  31. stephanieneves says:

Random question: would it it be just as effective to do the daily exercises spread throughout the day? Like, before work and then at lunch? Thanks!

  32. Asma jaffer says:

Thanks for make me feel high

  33. Amontel says:

Cassey… thank you for making it so easy to get healthy. I love all your videos and got the new app! There are still kinks in it such as not being able to see the workouts or the app freezing. However, I appreciate all that you do and I’m so grateful for taking out the guess work… love the challenges!

  34. Mary says:

    Hi Cassey,
Please keep the PDF version for future months. I understand that you are trying something new but the playlists are really complicated compared to the printable PDF. Also the playlist for the previous days disappear after a while, so if I wanted to start the calendar today (august 5th) it’s impossible to find the playlist for day 1-2, on your youtube its only day 3 and up.

Hope you take this into consideration.

  35. Quiana says:

Can you please post the PDF version?

  36. Trudy Ward says:

I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months now. Going to start the august calendar. Thanks for your positive and effective exercise!

  37. Holly says:

At first I missed the PDF too, but thank you for the playlist. Now I don’t have to click or even look for them. Thanks foe always looking out for us!

  38. Veena says:

Hi Cassey!Love the new App backdrop and quite pleasing colors.
Needless to say enjoy the workouts too!
The YouTube playlists are quite helpful too! Thanks so much⚘❤

  39. Tatiana says:

    Hi Cassey,
I found out about you on the app FitOn and I just loved your workouts. I found out later about your calendar and I just loved it! It made me fall in love again with working out. However, I don’t get why take out the PDF, I loved how I can just click it and the video pops out. I know you are saying that the playlist is on your youtube channel but It is 10 am where I live and it is not there. I tried to look for the videos but the name is not exact and it is hard to find all the videos. I think you should plan the playlist at least one day ahead…. I feel that would work with everybody around the world! not everybody is in your time zone and I believe a lot of people start their day with a workout!

Hope you take this into consideration, I don’t want to sound mean but to give you an idea on how to solve that problem because I am not giving up on these workouts!

    1. Sonia says:

I was going to say the same. The PDF’s were so convenient to tick and get directed to the video directly (same for me, with the time difference sometimes the playlists aren’t out yet). It’s not a huge deal of course, just a little detail that makes it even easier to get our workouts done. Maybe they decided to remove it because the app is out now? Definitely still doing these workouts too! <3

  40. Tanisha Goel says:

Could you please share the link for the new video for 3rd August

  41. Lim says:

Hi, thanks for creating this amazing plan! But is it possible for you to update the playlist one day earlier than the actual date? Because of time zone difference, the latest playlist for me is always the playlist for yesterday :’(

  42. Eve says:

Hello Cassey, I have a question on the new app which I am loving by the way! I was referring to the August calendar, but realised I am unable to click on a previous day to see the videos. For example, today is Wednesday but I was unable to workout yesterday so I wanted to catch up. However when I tried to click on Tuesday, nothing happens. Would it not be possible to see the videos from the previous days or perhaps I have missed an option or function?

    Thanks so much!

  43. Shri says:

Hi !! It will be great if you can provide a pdf. I am from a different timezone and I cannot see the playlist until the next day. I have to search the videos on youtube and not even sure which video is the right one. 😀

  44. Namita A says:

Hi. Why have the links on the calendar been disabled?

  45. Angela says:

I can’t really understand why not providing a printable file. I tried to print the jpg, but the resolution is so low that I didn’t want to put it in my journal, as I’ve been doing for a lot of time. I feel lost without a nice, high resolution printable file that I can print and manually check the workouts I’ve done. Please rethink this decision.

    1. Sophia says:

You can’t please everyone 🙄 they are providing you everything what they can. Wouldn’t hurt to say thank you!! For obvious reasons why it isn’t available in pdf 🙄

    2. Marie says:

This is kind of hurtful to Cassey. She was trying to do something new to see if it worked, but you could have worded it in a nicer way. Yes, it is detrimental to us, but she will know that based on the feedback she’s gotten. I don’t you would like being told to “rethink your decision” if you made a mistake most people don’t like.

    3. Megan says:

You don’t have to be rude you could say it in a nicer way she tries so hard so just back off

    4. m says:

Hey angela! I had the same frustration b/c I also want to print it to put in my journal! But I found that if you save the jpg file (instead of printing from the website), open it on your computer and print it from there, the resolution is pretty good (I don’t realize the difference until I compare it directly with an old pdf one, up close), assuming you are printing in normal letter size. It’s not perfect but I hope this help.

  46. Bolu says:

Thanks so much for improving the resolution of the jpeg! I just really enjoy the satisfaction of physically ticking things off so this version is so much easier to print. And the YouTube playlists are so helpful, only recently discovered them, I was one of those who searched for each video lol.

  47. Adele says:

Just thought I’d let you know, Abs On Fire is blocked in the UK for some reason!

  48. Katy says:

Hello! Do I have to pay to get all the videos for the calendar?

  49. Pallavi says:

Question for Tuesday workout, Should a big butt person still do butt lifting exercises?

  50. Sanderella says:

Good Morning to you all out there ☺️ I’ve found a little mistake on the app calendar: Yesterday, 3rd, last video on the app was “Quick cardio” but should be “Playa del plank” as announced on Download Jpeg. Today again “quick cardio”, guess it was a little mistake
I wish I could know what to do the next morning, but there is no function for prewatching 😔 maybe an idea for guys who are looking forward like me?
    Wish u a nice day

  51. Kausar soni says:

    Please keep the PDF function

    1. Elyse Kaderli says:

      Yes, please!

  52. angelash17 says:

i’m very excited for the app launch and look forward to the updates you roll out for it, it looks cute so far, and i like you like checking things off for progress on my month 🙂

  53. Madeline says:

Please keep the pdf function so we can click directly to your video for the day.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Madeline! You can still use the JPEG and access the videos directly on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

      1. missverypink says:

its 5 August here in Europe now and the playlist for today is nowhere to be found.. The first video for today is a “fat burning cardio” and you have like 3 or 4 with that title so I guess I can pick one myself now.
can’t you just bring back the clickable pdf? this is so inconvenient, especially for people who don’t live in the US..

    2. Kate says:

Yes!!!! Because sometimes I just don’t feel like doing what I should do on the day, and there’s no YouTube playlist for it haha

  54. klarigan says:

I would love it you could add a PDF version of the calendar, much easier to download onto my computer to keep track of my workouts. Thanks!

    1. blogilates says:

Hi! You can still download and print the JPEG version. The daily workouts are easily accessible here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  55. CharlieX says:

Hi Cassey, I download your app and I purchased a year plan. But in during the trial I decided to cancel. I think there are a lot of things you have to improve your app. I do like that it doesn’t have ads during the video. And you can see your calendar and challenge progress in your profile. But your app function is not flexible. I found I can not change my work out plan. If I don’t like Monday’s workout, I can’t change it or find a substitute on another day. Because the user can access the full calendar. Same as the challenge, I can only see today’s workout, but if I have trouble doing that, I can’t change. Another problem is I tested it by re-install the app. When I log in to my account again, I lost all my calendar progress. It’s very disappointing that I have so start again at 0%. Also, I have to join my challenge again, and I have to start it in day one when I should in day 3. So I don’t see what’s the point to use the app. I know you will not give the pdf version of the calendar since you are doing the app. But I would rather just type and find every video manually. I would like to purchase your app again after you improve it.

    1. Cassey says:

      Hi Charliex,
Thanks for the feedback! There’s so much we’re still working on so stay tuned 🙂

      1. CharlieX says:

Thank you, I’m very looking forward to that !!!

  56. Jennifer says:

Cassey please can we download the pdf version of the calendar? I’m 60lbs down please I wanna keep the same routine lol
But I did download and rate the app

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Jennifer! Congrats! Thank you for downloading and rating the app! You can still download and print the JPEG version of the calendar. All the workouts are available here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  57. anna says:

i have downloaded your app, and was very excited.
I at the 7 day free trial stage, and I am at day 3, and am having trouble accessing the daily workouts with the videos. am i doing something wrong ?

    1. Cassey says:

Hi Anna! That’s weird… there might be an update available to the app. Try that and let me know if it works!

    2. blogilates says:

Hi Anna! Hmmm that’s weird. Can you see if you can update the app? I’ll check with our developer to see if this is a bug!! Sorry about that!

    3. Veena says:

Hi Cassey!Big Congratulations on your dream App! l Love the backdrop and all workouts in one place.
And you are so awesome that playlists are so helpful too! I am fighting to lose weight and July really toned up and gonna kill it this August.Love you❤

  58. rt says:

8th an 9th are same workout, can you please update it? 🙂

  59. Marina says:

I’ve been a fan and supporter since 2015. When I first heard about the app last night I was excited for everything to be in one place. Especially the calendar and easy access to the videos. When I downloaded the app I quickly discovered that one needs a *paid subscription* to access the calendar. What upset me is that Cassey did not mention this while promoting the app AND silently removed the clickable PDF from the website. It’s one thing to make a change your business model and explain to your users how they will be affected. It’s another to quietly steer them towards paying you directly through the app, while you continue to monetize the videos through YouTube ads. I work in the tech industry, and I know these tactics well. It’s unfortunate that my trust in Blogilates has been brusied considerably from this experience. Consumers have a ridiculous amount of choice for fitness content on the internet – this is not the way to win them over..in fact this may be the way you lose some longtime, loyal fans. I’m still grateful for all of the awesome workouts and motivation, Cassey. Thanks for all that you do. I might be needing to try something else now, though.

    1. Madeline says:

Totally agree, couldn’t have said it better

    2. Jennifer says:

If you’re not going to give us the PDF version, can you at least make a weeks worth of playlists at a time?

      1. blogilates says:

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for all your support <3 The playlist is updated daily here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

        1. Jennifer says:

The playlists are never up when I want to work out though. That’s why I suggested making a weeks worth at a time!

    3. blogilates says:

Hi Marina! Thanks for your feedback! The JPEG of the calendar is still completely free and accessible to everyone. Workouts are all still free and available on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

We’re always working on providing new and exciting options for everyone! Thank you for all your support <3

    4. Sundog10 says:

This is an excellent comment that I 100 percent agree with, and I am sure many of the Blogilates users feel the same way.

    5. Ann says:

Agree! Was surprised to find out that I had to pay for the calendar only after downloading the app.

  60. pdoneill2014 says:

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put the PDF version up!! I will not use the app. It’s too difficult to see and workout effectively.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi! The JPEG version is still accessible and print and use 🙂

  61. suphayley says:

I will happily pay for the app to support you but please bring back the clickable pdf. I use my laptop to workout and I move the days around… I don’t really understand the removal of this.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi! Thank you for the support! The JPEG is still available to use and all the workouts are available on: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  62. Sara says:

Can you PLEASE put the PDF version back up?!?

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Sara! The JPEG is still available to use and all the workouts are available on: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  63. Jennifer says:

So she obviously saw our comments because she fixed the 8th and 9th but still won’t give us the PDF version. I see how it is.

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Jennifer! Not sure what you mean by “I see how it is”. With the new app, we’re switching it up but you can still access the monthly calendar with JPEG and all the workouts are organized in this updated playlist: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

      Hope that helps 🙂

      1. missverypink says:

so you just copy-pasted the same reply to every comment of people wanting the pdf back?
I see that you’re trying out new things but I’m trying to do the 5 august workout and I’m sorry to tell you that no, that playlist is not updated..

  64. Pascale says:

When you download the PDF, you’ll find that each video is linked! Just click and it will take you to the YouTube video listed! Sorry Cassey, I don’t find the PDF fort August…

  65. Julie says:

I would also like a pdf link. Much more easier with my laptop for the links. Thank you 🙂

    1. blogilates says:

You can still get all the workouts on this updated playlist: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  66. Perla says:

Playlist ready in YouTube? I just discovered this! Thank you so much! As every month, motivating us, training us, AND making everything so easy for us to work out! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    1. blogilates says:

Thank you sooooooo much Perla!!!!! <3

  67. Skye says:

Hi Cassey, I appreciate the playlists, but to echo the sentiment of many others, I also would like the clickable PDF as an option.

part from the convenience of bookmarking the PDF link and simply clicking through the videos on my phone, it’s also because I swap the workout days. Given my schedule, Fridays don’t work well for me as an off day, so I usually swap it with another day in the week (currently Thursday, because I have a class on Wednesday evenings which is very tiring).

The clickable PDF works well as it gives me that flexibility to do the swaps, but with the new playlists format when I do this swap I have to manually look up the videos now.

    1. Skye says:

*Apart (not part, there was a typo there!)

    2. blogilates says:

Hi Skye! Thank you for you feedback! I love that you are creative with being able to swap up your days though! 🙂

  68. Tatiana says:

Hi Cassey! I started to do your calendar las month and I LOVE IT!!!!! but pleaseeeee make a PDF version of it!!! pleaseeee

    1. blogilates says:

YAY glad you crushed July! You can still access the JPEG and the entire playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  69. msampey says:

Good morning! I’m having trouble with that app. Today it would not show August third still on the 2nd. The ab challenge changed to the next workout. I also could not get the app to work on my iPad. It would not open because iTune store. It would be nice if we could go back and do workouts from previous days to finish workouts that did not comply. Would appreciate your help.

    1. blogilates says:

Hmmm that’s weird… I’ll share this with our developer and try to get this bug fixed ASAP! Can you try updating the app and see if it helps?

  70. Theresa says:

ow to convert JPGs to PDFs in Windows 10
Open the JPG by double-clicking on it. …
Once it’s loaded, press Ctrl + P to print, or use the print icon at the top-right of the Photos app.
In the menu that appears, you’ll be able to choose where you want to print your picture to.

    1. blogilates says:

Thank you for sharing this, Theresa!! <3

  71. Meta says:

Dear Cassey, please, please, please make calendar in PDF version too🙏
    Love you, Meta

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Meta!! You can still access the JPEG and the playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  72. Julia says:

The new app is a great platform. I’ve been following you since 2011, and since your routines are the only ones I stick to, I registered for the yearlong subscription (cheaper than the gym!). It’s fun to see the progress percentage. It’s a little glitchy right now, but I know it will get sorted soon.

Your positive energy, encouragement, and fun videos have kept me hooked since the beginning. I see real results when I do just even one or two videos a day. My 4 girls (ages 12 to 20) have grown up watching their mom try to stay active, and your positivity has really given them a healthy outlook on appearance and physical fitness. It’s fun to see them start their own fitness journey.

I only have two videos left for August 3rd, and I am a quivering pile of sweaty jello. I decided to read the blog for a break before oozing my way over to hit play on the next video 🤣

Keep up doing what you do! Change is difficult, whether it’s going from inactivity to working out, eating more healthy, or adjusting platforms we’re used to following. I look forward to using the new app and maybe even getting 100% for August! 💕

    1. blogilates says:

Awww, Julia. Thank you so so so much for your love and support. It means a lot!

  73. ebru serin says:

    me too

  74. ebru serin says:

Cassy can you PLEASE add the PDF version of the calendar so it’s easier to click on the workouts and go to youtube right away

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Ebru! The JPEG is still available to print and use. All the workouts are in a playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  75. jai says:

    Hi Casey,

no Coda for this month?.. I ask u, because for me is better than youtube playlist or the app ( i use my computer to exercise with you) and with Coda is great because i can change the days or mix more exercise per day , etc.

    please don’t remove it!
    xoxo

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Jai! You can still use the JPEG and access the playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  76. Maria Bercea says:

I´m very dissapointed about not finding the PDF version.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Maria! Oh no, don’t be disappointed! There is still the JPEG and the playlists are all here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

      🙂

  77. Anna says:

I feel like everyone in the comments is complaining about the pdf being gone. I liked the convenience of it too, but c’mon guys its not the end of the world. Before I realized the videos were linked on the pdf I individually searched them up each day (yea not the brightest i know lol) and it only took a couple extra minutes. I think its still pretty amazing and generous that she provides a workout videos and monthly plans videos for free as well as creating playlists of each days workout ! can’t blame her for wanting a few extra bucks from a cool app.

    1. blogilates says:

Thank you for the support and love, Anna!!!

  78. Susan Cantu says:

I have downloaded the BODY app on my IPad and signed up to get access to monthly calendar and it shows that I have signed up and paid for the monthly calendar but I can not access the calendar.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Susan! That’s odd… can you see if you can update the app? Let me know if it’s still happening… I’ll let my developer know!

  79. Feleshia M Kille says:

Where can I find the new video for Aug. 3rd?

  80. Isabella says:

Hi Cassey, all the calendars of this year, and maybe the calendars of the next year are going to be free?

  81. Cintia says:

I’m also having a hard time with this format. None of the links work, is there another way to access the links without having to search in youtube? Thanks!

    1. blogilates says:

There’s a playlist that gets updated every day for you! 🙂
      https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  82. Makenzie Jennings says:

On the new app I can only see the workout for that day. I can’t go back and the workout from the day before

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Makenzie! We’re working on adding this!!

  83. vjngurrola@yahoo.com says:

I am not able to find the PDF version

    1. fatih in fedaisi says:

      me too :/

    2. blogilates says:

The JPEG version is downloadable and printable still! And all the workout playlists are available here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  84. Jessica says:

Please bring back the clickable pdfs! The app only shows workouts for the day. Depending on my weekend plans, I like to switch my works outs around. Eg, if I’m hiking for 6 hours on a Sunday. I will stretch that day instead of doing abs! The casting feature in the app also does not work so I rely on the YouTube playlist which are not always out!

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Jessica! We’re working on updating that feature! The playlists are always updated here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  85. JOANNE says:

Hi Casey can you be sure to have videos loaded for east coast time in the mornings? I often find a new grouping is not up for 6 am est. can they be scheduled to load the evening before? With a sophisticated video on demand platform that is a normal feature . Second, the platform you use has a lot of freezing and spinning on a regular basis. Perhaps you need to think about upgrading the video platform to something more robust and that is more reliable- Gaia and Netflix for example use Brightcove – it’s pretty frustrating to wait for YouTube to load and then stop in the middle of a playback.

  86. JOANNE ALIBER says:

  87. Kate says:

Please bring clickable pdf back… 🙁 I always use my laptop, I’m my smartphone is old and it’s not worth spending money on the app just to get the calendar 🙁 you won’t force us to buy it this way… 🙁

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Kate! I’m def not trying to force you to buy anything. The calendar is still free on the website and downloadable with the JPEG. The workout playlist is always available and updated for free here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

      🙂

  88. Diana says:

Hi Cassey, Just a follow up in the calendar, there is no pdf anymore? Only the app that we have to pay for to use it? 🤔🤔 thanks

    1. Julia says:

She made video playlists on YouTube to keep it free ❤️ Those will be posted every day, and August 3rd is already up for my morning routine 😊

  89. Joy says:

Hey Cassey! Thanks so much for making these. Will there a PDF version of this coming soon?
    Thanks

  90. giselle says:

    Hi,
As others have said, it would be great to have the clickable PDF as I tend to do most of my workouts on the computer and the calendar is not free on the app 🙁

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Giselle! The calendar is free on here with the JPEG. And all the daily playlists are available for free as well on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  91. Danielle Rebecca Adams says:

I’m having a hard time casting to my TV too. Help!

    1. blogilates says:

      It works with Chromecast!

  92. Afsana says:

Hey, Cassey. Please bring back the clickable pdf link! That was very convenient. also, it was satisfying to cross out the day on the pdf after the workout was done.

    1. blogilates says:

You can still cross out your workouts by printing the JPEG 🙂

  93. Kat says:

Boooo I don’t like not having a linked calendar. Then you say to go to the app where it’s available…but ONLY for a monthly fee!!! Bring back the linked calendar

    1. blogilates says:

Don’t be upset 🙂 The calendar is always free here and downloadable/printable as a JPEG. All the workouts are available on Youtube as an updated playlist: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  94. Poohtje says:

Hi Cassey, Thanks for the workouts I love them and i love to check them! Why are back workouts and arm workouts the same in the app? About your old app, in the Netherlands, I could still download it…

  95. Teresa says:

Hi there! Thanks for what you do. I am more than happy to support you and invest in my own health for such a low price. THank you! I really like the app!! I’m having some trouble casting it onto the tv though. HEads up!

    1. blogilates says:

Thank you for the love and support, Teresa!! How are you casting it now? It works with Chromecast!

  96. Christine says:

Pleaseeeee bring back the PDF with clickable links. It made it so easy to follow along.

    1. Lil says:

Yes! Especially for those of us who use our computers and not our phones!

    2. fatih in fedaisi says:

      i know right???!!??

    3. ebru serin says:

      yes PLEASEEEEE!!!!

    4. blogilates says:

You can still use the JPEG to download and print, along with the playlist on Youtube! 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  97. Claire Notermann says:

I’m disappointed in the removal of the clickable calendars to force people to buy the app. The free version doesn’t seem to include the calendar and the videos do not have the ability to skip the talking intro which is esp nice when it’s not your first time working through a video.

    1. Marie Lu says:

Hey! On her Youtube channel if you go to playlists, she has organized the workouts by days so you can just click the playlist and start working out!

      1. Jennifer says:

They aren’t always up when people workout. There are different times zones. The playlists are never up when I go workout.

        1. Jess says:

It looks like she started uploading them a day ahead of time 🙂

    2. blogilates says:

Hi Claire! I’m not forcing anyone to do anything – I’m giving people more options to do what works best for them. You can still access the free workout calendar right here with the JPEG (which is easily downloadable and printable). The workout playlist is also still free on Youtube 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  98. clare says:

hi cassey! i noticed that the 8th and the 9th both have the exact same workouts. maybe its a typo?

  99. Stacy says:

Can you please still upload the pdf version? Not everyone has smartphones…

    1. blogilates says:

You can still access the JPEG version above to use however you’d like 🙂

  100. Marina says:

Thanks cassey! Can you add a “casting function” for the videos in the app? I love to put them from my phone to my smart TV while I workout in my living room! ❤️

    1. blogilates says:

Yes! It casts to Chromecast right now. Is there another casting service you like to use?

  101. bekahna02 says:

Cassey, I love you girl but Sunday, August 9th’s workout is the same as Saturday the 8th’s. Maybe a typo?

  102. pdoneill2014 says:

Please bring back the PDF with the links. I workout using the computer everyday. While the app is great for traveling it is not convenient, for at home work outs.

    1. Marie Lu says:

Hey! On her Youtube channel if you go to playlists, she has organized the workouts by days so you can just click the playlist and start working out!

      1. Brittany says:

Definitely, but there’s nothing more satisfying than crossing off the workouts using the PDF format! It’s so satisfying. Hoping she brings it back! It’ll be majorly disappointing if not.

      2. Maike Hindennach says:

That is great for people in the same time zone. However I am doing them early AM in Europe. So they aren’t available yet 🙁 search via the name takes so much more time than clicking on the pdf.

  103. Sala Jo Celestial says:

Love the app on the iPhone, could we make it available to download on laptops/computers?

  104. sarahsuhm says:

I cannot find the August 1st workout on the youtube playlist! aughh I must get started. Clickable pdf it is. I love the new app. Maybe just add an area for before and after pics, weight / inches tracking (pie charts and bar graphs would be awesome). This way it will all be in one place with my lovely Cassey app.

    1. Marie Lu says:

Hey! On her Youtube channel if you go to playlists, she has organized the workouts by days so you can just click the playlist and start working out! I found it, and now it’s been posted.

    2. blogilates says:

Stay tuned for some more features! 🙂

  105. Nelsy says:

Hello!!!! This would be my third calendar!!! But is there a chance we can still have in pdf?
You’re great!!! Love your videos and energy, it keeps me going!

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Nelsy!! WOW that’s amazing!! We’re doing the JPEG for now with updated playlists here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  106. today2121 says:

where is the calendar online that i just have to go to it and click and the video shows up???

  107. Meagan Woodard says:

The 8th and the 9th have the same workout. Could you add the ab workout for the 9th? Thanks!!! Love love love these calendars!

  108. Melissa says:

HI there! Would really appreciate the linked PDF version of the calendar to come back again, please! I really like it better. And it looks like there are some mistakes in this Aug 2020 calendar, so when you send out the corrected version…. could you add a linked PDF, too? Thank you!

  109. Meghan says:

I second those asking for the clickable pdf! I used the app for the calendar today, and it was great, but I definitely prefer to use my laptop rather than my phone! It’s almost 11am Central time, and the workout playlist for today still isn’t uploaded. I used to love checking out the next day’s work out the day before so I knew what I was getting into, and this makes that pretty impossible. Love the app, will still use it, but am DEFINITELY missing the clickable PDF.

  110. Hi cassey! I love the calendar but can you please bring back de clickable pdf? It was so much easy that way 😀

  111. April Nyenkamp says:

Please bring back the PDF! I don’t want to pay for the monthly calendar when I can access free on youtube! Also then playlist for August day 1 is not created yet?

  112. laurenhelv says:

Also here to ask for the clickable PDF back! Especially for days like today when the playlist isn’t updated.

  113. Abby says:

I agree with Hanan and Solage, please bring back the clickable PDF!

  114. mdaymon says:

Please bring back the clickable pdf! It’s what I use when the playlists aren’t up yet and the app is telling me I need to pay to access the calendar and that’s just not something in my budget right now 🙁

  115. hanan hazem says:

day 9 is the same as day 8 . 8 and 9 are both leg workout can you check it please. thank you very very much Cassy i love your new calender . and your new app but can you bring back the clickable PDF . thanx againe .

  116. Aanchal says:

Hey Cassey, I have been following you for years 😍and I’m in love with the new app, but just wanted to say please have a PDF version as well because it is easier to download and take a print out of it. Thank you for always motivating me and making me stick through the plans each day.

  117. Ala says:

No pdf? T_T and I checked the playlist, today’s is not made yet. Please bring the pdf back. I know it’ll take some time to add the links, but it was so convenient for PC users. I’ve been using your calendars for months and I love them so a big thank you to you Cassey and your team for helping us have a better lifestyle <3

  118. Aanchal says:

Hey Cassey, I have been following you for years 😍and I’m in love with the new app, but just wanted to say please have a PDF version as well because it is easier to download and take a print out of it. Thank you for always motivating me and making me stick through the plans each day.

  119. Melissa says:

I miss the clickable PDF! It was easier to print, and I liked being able to click the links to the videos when the playlist isn’t on YouTube yet for today, August 1st. Its 10:30AM EST and I’m sad the playlist isn’t up yet! Please bring back the clickable PDF – the jpg looks fuzzy I don’t even want to try and print it. Thanks, love you!

    1. Melissa says:

Also want to add that I use my laptop, not my phone, to watch the videos. I don’t have a TV to stream to, so the app isn’t helpful for me. I know it will be for a lot of people, but I use my laptop and full screen the videos.

  120. Sundog10 says:

Please bring back the pdf and coda link. the coda link was wonderful for keeping track of my workout. and I use my large laptop to view the videos. I find my phone way too small. The app looks great but Please dont change and abandon what already works for many of us

  121. Jennabankston92 says:

Wasn’t a hard choice to pay the 3.99 a month on the App. Cassy deserves it honesty

    1. blogilates says:

      Thank you Jenna <3 <3

  122. Laura says:

Yes, please – bring back the clickable PDF and/or daily playlists on YouTube! I use my notebook to stream your videos, so the app does not help me :-(…

  123. solange bagli says:

Please bring back the clickable PDF, thanks for all Cassey. Big hugs for you and your staff.

  124. Urska Barl Kolman says:

Hi. On the 8 and 9 th day its the same exercise. Is that a mistake?

  125. fitnessmomo says:

Congrats on your app! But where is the coda version? And why was it so difficult to print out the calendar for this month?

  126. Chantell says:

Please bring back the clickable PDF version, I use my PC to stream the daily videos and the clickable PDF version makes it so easy.

  127. Claire says:

Please bring back the PDF version :'(((( I’m begging

  128. mckayla120 says:

Please bring back the clickable and downloadable calendar! This is what works best for me and the tech I have.

  129. Brittany says:

Hi Cassey! Not seeing my original comment, so I’ll try again. Like others have mentioned, I’d love to have the PDF option back, please! I like checking them off and highlighting them to track my progress. Last month was my first time completing an entire month of your workouts, so I want to stay motivated! Thanks, Cassey! You’ve been a much needed light for me during this time! Xoxo

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Brittany! You can still print and track your progress with the JPEG! And all the workouts are updated as a playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  130. Stephanie says:

I love your workouts! I have been doing each month workout since the quarantine started and I have been feeling so much better about my health. Thankyouuu so much for this gift and believe me, you are blessing so much so many people. I even got my bestfriend to do each monthly workout, and so is my sister and a couple of her friends. We love you Casseyy <3

    1. blogilates says:

      YAYYYY big hugs!!!

  131. Megan says:

Congrats on the new app. The exercises for Aug 9 aren’t ab focused and seem to be a copy of Aug 8. Also will there also be a PDF version available for download like previously?

  132. Sam says:

I’m honestly so disappointed that you want to milk your followers for $3.99 so badly that you’re making it so much harder for us to use the calendar for free. The clickable pdf is so helpful but now that people are paying you for it in the app you don’t care about us who aren’t able to pay.

    1. blogilates says:

Hey Sam! I’m not “milking” anyone. I’m offering more ways for people to work out. The workout calendar is still free (printable, downloadable, and usable as a JPEG) and I update my Youtube playlists to make it easy and also, still free, to access. Choose your own adventure! 🙂

      https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  133. Anakin_84 says:

Is the clickable PDF gone completely? I really loved that, it was great!

  134. Nishi verma says:

I downloaded ur app but i am unable to susbcribe it i m from india and it says my card is not valid so now how do i get susbcription?

  135. Alicia says:

The calendar isn’t downloading . I tried to click on workout and nothing

  136. alm1ew says:

Yes, please, clickable PDF. I am also not finding the Aug 1 playlist.

  137. Aishwarya R says:

I already done with ur July workout now I am super excited to do August workout and suprisingly I am gonna do 150 days challenge workout ….I am so happy that u are so inspirational

  138. Madison says:

So excited for the app🎉 But I think there might be a bug in the android version. Whenever I try to do the monthly calender it gives me the option between monthly and yearly and no matter what I press nothing happens🤷🏾‍♀️

  139. ndahuja says:

Congrats on the app, its awesome. But, please bring back the clickable PDF also, I prefer that. Also, I do not find the Aug 1 playlist in you Youtube channel, so I had to search the videos individually and create it myself 🙁

    1. Jennifer says:

I had to do that too!

    2. sarahsuhm says:

I cannot fund the August 1st workout on the youtube playlist! aughh I must get started. Clickable pdf it is. I love the new app. Maybe just add an area for before and after pics, weight / inches tracking (pie charts and bar graphs would be awesome). This way it will all be in one place with my lovely Cassey app.

    3. Marie Lu says:

Hey! On her Youtube channel if you go to playlists, she has organized the workouts by days so you can just click the playlist and start working out! I found the playlist for the first two days, don’t worry! She’s gradually making them. Just keep checking back to see the playlist.

      1. Anna says:

The playlist is not always updated for people that don’t live in the same time zone. I also often switch up the days and then it’s not working at all. I do appreciate all the hard work that goes into making these but I don’t want to stare at my small smartphone screen when doing the workouts and I can’t cast to my TV so the app isn’t a great alternative for me. Was SO HAPPY when she brought the clickable pdf’s back and I’m sad that they are gone again so soon 🙁

        1. blogilates says:

Hey Anna! We do the playlists at least a day ahead. Sorry that the app isn’t a good fit for you but hope you can still use the JPEGS and playlist 🙂

  140. Lindsay says:

Please give us a PDF with links as usual! Like others have said, I can’t afford the in app purchases. I only found you during lockdown and don’t want to lose motivation as harder to access workouts now!

  141. Menma says:

Can we please have the clickable PDF? T-T

  142. Shay says:

I am excited to start! However, I did really like the Coda calendar as I found it super motivating for me. Other than that, super excited to start!

  143. Erin says:

Hi Cassey, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE will you upload a pdf version of the calendar with the links embedded in it?! I love looking the calendar and doing the workouts on my laptop 🙂

  144. Devika says:

I love the idea of youtube playlist for the workouts. But im in a different timezone. My usual workout time has passed but 1st Aug isnt updated yet. Anyway to fix that for all timezones?

  145. Anna says:

Please, Cassey, can you provide the Coda.io link for your August Calendar? I love it so much. Thank you for your great work!

  146. LexyA says:

Please can you provide the downloadable PDF as usual, Cassey? I loved having a print-out of it and ticking it off as I went along on last month’s calendar. It’s really great that you’ve got a new app but I prefer to see you large and full-screen on my laptop so I can follow your every move clearly. I love to use blogilates.com not YouTube to find all videos as it feels much more like a community and there’s less to distract you from getting on with the workout (apart from I love reading your blog and everyone’s comments!). Please don’t abandon the great set-up you have on here.

    1. Menma says:

      I second that.

    2. Skye says:

I agree about having the PDF downloadable as well. I find the PDF most useful! I save it to my phone and that makes it so much easier to click on the links to the videos. In the past I’d be looking them up in YouTube by memory and if I couldn’t remember I’d be walking back to my room to view the physical print-out each time. The new app is great but because the calendar is a paid feature I can’t use that, was super bummed about it but I can understand too why it has to be paid. I can live with the inconvenience of not having the app but I would like the PDF to be an option.

    3. Jas says:

Same, I liked to click on the link straight of my laptop so It doesn’t take long. I like the PDF.

  147. Samantha says:

App is fab!!!, will you be unlocking e able to see future days workouts ? I like to see what is coming the next day. And sometimes if I have plans eg. Say on a Saturday I will do Saturday workout on the Friday instead. But I cant on the app as can only see todays workout.

  148. Laura says:

Yey! I can’t wait to have money on my account to pay monthly calendar 😄

  149. crystilyze says:

Thank you for your work , positivity And motivation you share with us thru your workout videos . You are amazing I respect you so much , also this calendars are awesome , thank you

  150. Leila says:

Congrats on the new app Cassey! I love all your products and content! ♡
Btw I think there may be a tiny mistake on August 9th, seems like it’s a doubled list from August 8th. Or maybe that’s intentional? 😀

Anyhooow, thanks for the new app and the new calendar! Love you! ♡

  151. Jeannie says:

Excited for the new calender! But I noticed the 9th has the same leg routine as the previous day but it’s abs and obliques that day??

  152. Jenny says:

Hi, Cassey. We love the new options, but:

    1. Some of us are in different time zones, so if you could upload the daily playlists a day before U.S. time – that would be amazing!

    2. The clickable PDFs work better for those of us accessing on laptops. Please bring them back!

    3. I love how you’re including your newer videos in your calendars. Even though your older videos still have high-quality workouts, please try to include newer vids (not from 6+ years ago) because the video quality is higher; music is more modern (but actually an 80s or 90s themed playlist would be so much fun too!); and the editing is more enjoyable!

Just some thoughts, but I appreciate all of your free resources and have been following you consistently since quarantine! <3

  153. Selman says:

Please bring back the clickable pdf version!!!!! Youtube playlists are often not ready when I need them and the app is not an option for me.

    1. Nicole says:

Same for me! I live overseas in a different time zone and work out in the morning, so its hours before the playlist is up usually. And also, I love the sense of accomplishment of checking them off as I go along on the PDF 🙂 Love your workouts!

  154. Ellie says:

Why is there no PDF file? I live in a different time zone and the youtube playlists are not ready when I start my workout :/ And I do my workouts on my laptop so I don’t use my phone, the app won’t work for me either…

  155. Sai shruti says:

LOVED IT! CASSEY CAN YOU PLEASE PRIVIDE THE PDF AS IT’S EASIER,PLEASE! 🙂

  156. Nicole says:

    Hi there!

I’m excited to try the app! I downloaded it and subscribed for the 7-day free trial! However, how does the seven day free trial work? I signed up, but I still don’t have access to premium videos.

  157. Lori says:

Hi!! I love this program but I noticed that day 8 and 9 are the same workouts. Was that by chance a typo/accident?

  158. Ava says:

Is there any way you could turn this into a file so we can click on the workout and it will take us straight to the video. Just like the previous calendars? Thank you!

  159. Suhana Samshood says:

Hey! I just noticed that the 8th and 9th are duplicated…Thanks so much for the fun, awesome workouts and congrats on the app!!! Love you Cassey!! <3

  160. Cheryl says:

Please provide us with the PDF version of the calendar thanks!

  161. Loan Anh ( Aquene) Vietnam says:

    Hi Cassey,
I’m really interested in your new app. I’ve downloaded and tried. But I’m used to access the videos workout by downloading PDF on your website which is a quite convenience for me. So I hope you to allow to access the videos workout by downloading PDF. Thanks for your inspirations and creating motivation through the funny workouts. Your videos are very highly effective for me. Wish the best for you!

  162. Caitlin says:

I love the new app, but I like printing the calendar. This isn’t an option anymore since there is only a jpeg available and not a pdf. I like printing, because physically using a pen to check the box really holds me accountable for my workout.

  163. MY says:

CONGOO!!!! For the new app.. I already downloaded it the night I got the email.
And one request though, please provide us with pdf of new calendars, coz I’m living in a different time zone from yours & I get playlist which you’ve created late night.. hope you understand 😉

  164. simplytiffany says:

Hey Cassey, is it possible for you to upload a pdf version of the August workout calendar? 🙂

  165. Jen says:

    Wohoooo!!! I’m sooo excited 🙂

  166. Deeksha Nautiyal says:

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way I could download the app on my microsoft surface because the phone screen is too small for effective workout (for me). I usually downloaded the calendar pdf and kept it on my desktop for easy access, but I guess that’s not possible now. 🙁
Thank you Cassey, for making workouts fun. I have been working out EVERYDAY since I discovered you 6 months back. You are my inspiration. 🙂

  167. Amira says:

Is the calendar no longer available for download as a PDF?

  168. Anna says:

Thanks for making exercise and feeling healthy accessible to everyone

  169. Alpana Pareek says:

    I m so excited

  170. LeahG says:

I tried accessing the calendar in the BODY app, but it keeps giving me issues. The monthly option has no labelled price (but the yearly button does), and I’m unable to press either in the app. Is there a way to fix this?

  171. Gigi says:

Hi Cassey! Is it possible to get a pdf with the links like the other months?

  172. Giulia says:

I used to be a huge fan because of the great videos and the practicality of the monthly workout plans but now the app combined with the lack of links on the PDF just feels like a scam. I don‘t have neither the money for the subscription nor the patience to search for every single video. I guess now I‘ll have to switch to Chloe Ting‘s workout plans. At least those are still free and all in one place on her website. I‘m even more disappointed because I just recently decided to support cassey‘s buisness and bought a popflex mat because I believed in what she stood for. Turns out she‘s just trying to make more and more money like every other influencer.

    1. blogilates says:

Hi Giulia! I’m sorry you feel like this is a scam. It’s definitely not. Everything is still free – the calendar is still accessible, downloadable and printable as a JPEG. And all the workouts are still free on Youtube and accessed through this daily updated playlist: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

The app is another option for those who like to workout that way. Nothing else has changed. Thank you for supporting POPFLEX and I hope you love your mat <3

  173. Mai says:

WIll you not have the linked PDF version of the calendar anymore?

  174. Akila says:

    You are amazing sweet heart

  175. Frances Bianca Gornez says:

Hi Cassey! I have noticed that August 8 and 9 workouts are the same. Isn’t August 9 (Sunday) an Abs and Obliques day? Maybe if there are changes, you can announce it in advance.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks and more power!

    Love,
    Frances

  176. MeaganRam says:

Hey! I was just looking at the new August calendar and noticed that August 8th and 9th are exactly the same videos. Is that how it is supposed to be or should there be different videos listed for August 9th?

  177. Aanchal says:

Hey Cassey, I have been following you for years and love your monthly calendar, Just wanted to say, please atleast have a PDF for August calendar so that we can print with a good quality. In the PDF you DON’T have to link the videos But at least have a PDF format as well pleaseeee… And yes I love the new Body by blogilates app 😍

  178. Michelle says:

I do wish the pdf was available to link to, since my Android TV Google Play Store doesn’t have your new app for TV use. I went to Blogilates subscription & checked playlists, but only those I created are available. Am I missing something?

  179. Vineta Jain says:

So 8th aug and 9th aug workouts are the same in the Aug’20 calender. Printing mistake or meant to be that way?
    Please advise

  180. Cindy Puglisi says:

Hey Cassey! I’m 52 and trying so hard to lose 5 to 10 pounds and tone and strengthen. I love your calendar and videos. Unfortunately, it’s been a month and I’ve only lost 2 pounds. I eat clean and am active all day. I love your enthusiasm and you keep me pushing. I’m going to keep trying.

  181. JessicaLea says:

I’m having a hard time printing this calendar. Is the format different?

    1. Zoe says:

Yeah I think it’s a JPEG instead of a PDF. You can either convert to a PDF or save to your devices file system and print from there

    2. Cborucki says:

It’s usually as a pdf but I don’t see that option..

    3. Jenny says:

Yes – it’s JPEG this time instead of the 2 options (JPEG and PDF) she gave us previously.

    4. Hanna says:

You can save the jpeg calendar (right click) on your computer. Then, open it with a photo/picture program and select print.

  182. I’m so happy you were able to find another developer! I miss the community section of the app. I’ll you be bringing that back?

Also, is anyone still using the old app?

What will happen to the paid videos we paid for in the old app? 🙁

  183. Bella Nguyen says:

    Hi Cassey,

It looks like the workouts are duplicated on August 9th. It’s supposed to be Abs day but the workouts are the same as Aug 8th (legs day). Can you please check and update it?

Thank you for all the hard work putting them together.

  184. Rahma says:

    I’m so really excited

  185. Phyllis says:

    No PDF calendar anymore? 🙁

I feel like the YouTube playlists aren’t always updated on time, especially for those of us in Australia.

  186. Erin says:

I love the idea of the app! I wish I could download it, but I have an older phone and it won’t let me, so I was really hoping for the PDF. Sometimes the YouTube playlists aren’t up when I go to my workout. I still love the calendar though!! Just thought you guys should know, it looks like the ab workout for the 9th is missing. It shows the workout from the 8th instead.

  187. Leah says:

I noticed that there isn’t a coda link for this month. A little disappointed because my family use it to keep each other motivated in our workouts. Also the app wants us to pay $3.99 for access to the calendar. I personally will not be able to budget this with everything going on these last 4 months.. I know the videos are on youtube but i feel like my family will have a harder time staying motivated when we can’t see each others progress.

  188. Hanna says:

Thanks for the calendar, Cassey! There is a little mistake: days 8 and 9 are the same 😉

  189. resh05 says:

I downloaded the app and I am unable to sign in…

  190. missverypink says:

sooo.. no pdf with the links?
why does that even have to change at all? just wondering..

  191. Lauren says:

So i downloaded your app, and it looks like i would have to pay 3.99/month to follow the calendar in the app? I love following the calendar but don’t have any extra room in my budget at all for this during these hard times. Will it still be free and all the videos linked on the website?

    1. Kaila says:

Hi Lauren, im in the same situation as you. I’m left wondering what I’m suppose to do stay active or if I should consider finding a new workout program. I love biogilates and the calendar, but i don’t know I can continue if there a charge.

    2. Anna says:

      It’s still free!

    3. blogilates says:

It’s still free! You can download the JPEG above and access the playlists here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

  192. Oooops! The 8th and 9th are the same?

That aside, thank you so much for your amazing workouts and superb calendars! I’ve done the beginners, June and July! I feel soo accomplished! I’m about to purchase and start PIIT 28 – I may also do the ab challenge! The new app is awesome too! Thank you Cassey! You are a life changer!

  193. Jennifer Pickering says:

Are you not sharing the PDF version anymore?

  194. Brittany says:

Hi Cassey! I just finished the July calendar (ALL OF IT FOR THE FIRST TIME…YAY!), but am looking at August and am wondering why there isn’t a PDF option? I use my computer to check off the workouts and watch the videos, but the JPEG is blurry when you zoom in whereas it’s not an issue with the pdf, and much trickier to check the boxes/highlight workouts I’ve done. Thanks for everything!
