This was an awesome workout! I was debating on whether to workout or start on homework and this workout got me motivated to continue to do more workouts! This was a great refresher, I just got back from Myrtle Beach and did too much relaxing and not enough exercising, great way to get back into my routine! Thanks Cassey! Loved it! This will definitely be my morning wake-me-up exercise!
