Hey POPsters!
Hope your weekend is off to a beautiful start! I’ve been out in the sun a lot more and got a pretty nice tan! I also kinda got rid of a weird sports bra tan that’s been tattoo’d on my back for over a month! Haha. Anyway, I know a lot of you guys love printing out the Blogilates workouts to take with you to the gym but since I’ve been concentrating on making more vids, it’s been so hard to pop these babies out of you!
Luckily though…Kimberly from arthlete.tumblr.com reached out and we decided to collaborate on making Blogilates printables together! I’ve been following her on tumblr for a while and was so happy to get to know her! She has such a positive on body image and is obviously so talented!
Check out what she did for the “Abs on Fire” routine above! You should definitely print these out and keep a nice collection for yourself!

I have a question. I do a lot of cardio and also workouts for my abs, but I still look like I was pregnant. I do not understand this, because its the only part of my body which has a big “fat-store”. Any idea what to do about this? Anybody?

Hi Cassey. It could be very nice if you would make a Bikini Blaster 6 printable, because now you can only watch it if you’re 18 years old and I really need to do this workout. Thank 🙂

I think if you can’t do printables all the time, then in the description for your videos you could include how many reps of each move there are just so we can write it down. That way we can just watch your video to see how the moves are done and then have something to remind us of the order and amount we need at the gym 🙂
I agree with Liras! The one fire series should be “printified” and the new ones that come out from now on. When you post it on your blog you can have the new video and the new printable! I will probably not use the printable ones because you motivate me on video more 🙂 But it is still cool for people who like it!

So cool! I am a huge fan of arthletes graphics and the positive body image they provide. It is so nice to have printables with a figure that doesn’t have the relation to reality of a Barbie doll. Cannot wait to have more of them and print out a little collection for myself!
Holy heck!! Just did the video, and I think I can safely say I was doing the “earthquake” on just about all those moves. A couple times I had to stop, but my goal is by the end of the month to do it straight through 🙂 Loooveed it!
Any gentler-on-the-knees hiit moves instead of split squats/lunges? Heard that such movements accelerate knee ligaments wear&tear.. I had pain going up/down stairs for the past few days 🙁
Cassey, can you please do a post on getting bacne from working out? I usually do strength training after cardio, and I’m starting to break out all over my back!
So, I am in pretty good shape but its the lower belly! I have abs but it’s almost like I’m bloated or something ? I have been doing as and cardio. Anyone have this problem? Any insight would be helpful.
I have this too, sadly I think diet is the only thing that will help me at this point. Not an actual diet, I don’t believe in those for myself, but less sugar and more veggies.
Love those workouts especially Genie Abs. I’ll try it before bedtime.

Thanks for doing the printable! I hope I win the nikes I own one pair cause I was inspired by you but just a few days ago I washed them & now everytime they dry there is a red stain all over them 🙁 I was soo upset they’re ruined 🙁 praying I win!!
