Abs Focus!


I see that you guys are digging the no-jumping aspect of this series! But the sweat and the soreness is still coming on – so this is AWESOME! Today we are focusing on my fave – the core! I’ll be challenging your ab strength as well as your cardio! You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through..PIIT style!

1. Walking Plank + Jack

2. Dolphins

3. Standing Twisted Crunch R

4. Double Leg Lifts

5. Standing Twisted Crunch L

6. Hollow Rock

7. Plank Jack
