    perhaps green tea can give constipation because it is very draining, so it can consume too much liquid in a person who has some problems (especially renal failure). Not all green teas are the same (you know it better than me) and each of them has its own properties. To avoid too much fluid loss it can be assumed with goji berries. Excuse my English, I’m Italian (and student of traditional Chinese medicine).

    I know that green tea helps flush water out, detox or what ever people say. It’s great, I love it but…

    It gives you constipation!! Just keep that in mind!!
    (don’t argue with me please… i’m asian)

    Hey! I love your website. There have been a ton of tea tox fads going around, and I was wondering if you think they have any validity? Or if you could maybe create one with normal tea you could find at a grocery store instead of buying their overpriced teas. Thank you!
