Move of the Day: Stability Ball Ab Pike

Works your core!

Start in pushup position with your shins resting on a stability ball (A). Brace your abs and keep your legs straight as you raise your hips toward the ceiling, drawing the ball toward your arms (B). Hold for 1 second and roll back to start. That’s 1 rep. Do 10.

  1. I consume about 12 cups of caffeinated java daily. This doesn’t affect my weight loss program as I have learned to enjoy it black. No cream without sweeteners of any kind. But will fat burning supplements that include caffeine benefit me?
