This week has been soooooo much better than the last. Thank you so much for asking me about how I was doing. You guys are so sweet. The amount of sympathy that came through on my last post was so nice. I really feel like I have millions of friends all over the world. You guys make me feel so special 🙂
Today I want to share with you guys a new bottle design I’ve been working on! It’s the updated Detox Bottle! With a timer on the back so that you can hit your water goals!
You guys loved the old Detox Bottle so much that I really wanted to make an even bigger, better, and more beautiful one! As you know, staying hydrated is so important for your overall health as well as keeping you functioning through a tough workout! It keeps your insides moving and it keeps your cells happy and hydrated. But, most people don’t get enough water simply because they think it’s too plain and boring. It’s so easy to drink a soda. However, with a liquid like that comes a lot of extra sugar and chemicals. Water, on the other hand, is the source of all life. This new Detox Timer Bottle will not only help you drink more water because it TASTES better, but the timer on the back will be a fun little game you can play daily to reach your water goals! I’ve been using this and it is honestly so much fun. I end up wanting to do BETTER than the marks because I know I can! Here are some brand new Detox Water recipes to help you get started.
Fountain of Youth Detox Water
– 2 sliced strawberries – 1 sliced kiwi
How does it work? Kiwi is packed with vitamins A and E to help prevent free radicals as well as certain types of cancer. The superfruit also flushes out toxins from the colon, which improves your overall health and well being. Strawberries are amazing for fighting carcinogens plus they contain anti-aging properties like biotin and the antioxidant ellagic acid, which helps prevent sagging skin.
Radiant Skin Detox Water
– 7 blackberries – 2-3 mint leaves – 4 cucumber slices
How does it work? Blackberries helps promote the tightening of tissue so that your skin will look younger! Mint adds some sweetness without the sugar plus it’s a great aid for digestion. Cucumber will help you rehydrate in addition to it’s anti-inflammatory properties.
Body Cleanse Detox Water
– 4-5 small watermelon chunks – 2 orange slices
How does it work? Watermelon helps the body flush out toxins because it has an organic compound called citrulline – an amino acid that’s been shown to help the liver and kidneys get rid of ammonia. Oranges have a great source of Vitamin C, so eat (or drink) some and your body will be equipped to fight free radicals! Also, the compounds inside the peel can actually help lower your blood pressure. Alrighty guys! I hope you like these recipes. They really all do taste SOOOOO good. Even if you don’t have the bottle, just try the combos anyway. They are amazing. Ah, and just a note on these new Timer Detox Bottles. If you had the old one before, this one is different because it has a lid that stays attached so that you can easily drink in your car driving, and on the go. Also, the lid doesn’t pop back in your face and hit the bridge of your nose. You know what I mean!? The fruit basket is also way longer, so you can add more fruits for longer flavoring. And, the printing on the bottle is very durable! Have an amazing HUMP DAY!

Do I have to keep changing the ingredient when I finish one bottle eother one of the detox water ? Or I jus simply fill the bottle wif water ?
I read that the ingredients for the water should not be used more than twice, because after that point they are no longer nutrient-rich and will not have any benefit. Another thing Cassy said is to not leave the ingredients in the bottle for longer than 24 hours.

I got my bottle and noticed that the infuser inside is a lot smaller than the ones in these pictures. I came to realize this when I was making the Radiant Skin detox water and the basket couldn’t fit all the ingredients so I was forced to put only 4 blackberries.
I ordered my bottle about one month ago and I still have not received it; wondering if ill ever get it? :/

On my way to work I had my detox water bottle on the train. I somehow without thinking, and I being so preoccupied….left it on the train. I was so upset at myself. I really, really loved my water bottle. I thought I could replace it by going online, but you have no more even being listed. Are they discontinued? If they’re not, are you going to bring them back? I would be more then willing to get another!

It is a flip lid, you do not have to unscrew it to drink out of it. 🙂

Hey! I just wanted to know if these exercises are for guys as well. I’m thinking of getting this detox bottle. Can anybody explain how the timer works? Are you only supposed to drink a portion of it in an hour?
Jena, it does not have a straw. The thing that you think looks like a straw is a part of the bottle.
Justo a doubt, the bootle includes the little container where you put the fruit?

Oh man I want one of these, but I know I wouldn’t get much use out of it on the days I work because my job pretty much allows no breaks. I work in a lab so we can’t have water and I’ve noticed I drink way less water than I used to because of it. It’s driving me crazy!
How can they legally do that?

I am so gratiful about all you do for us, (because of you I’ve completely turned my life around!) but I would gladly give it up if it would make you feel better. Because you are so faboulsly amazing, and I don’t want anything to happen to you. Eeeeeekkkkkk! I already loved your water bottles, but theses are even better! I love the timer on the back! Brilliant! It’s just what I need! Totally have to get one now. Also, this is just a small request, but could you make one with the quote, “Train insaine or remain the same”? It’s my favorite. Oh I love these! All of the detox water recipes I’ve seen on other sites have like, twenty different things in them. This is simple!
I love these bottles, but I have to admit, the timer confuses me. Maybe I’m just not getting it. The bottle are only 27 oz. Meaning drinking this entire bottle only counts towards 3-4 cups of the 8 you need. If someone can help me understand, I would love to get one.
You fill it up multiple times throughout the day. The timers are side by side, so the first bottle should be finished by 12pm, then refill and finish by 6pm, etc.
Oh ok I get it! Duh! The way I was looking at it was that you drink that amount between the two times. Couldn’t really tell with the picture. THANKS! I will definitely be getting one!
