Ms. Lyttle was my 2nd grade teacher at Welby Way Magnet School and I’ll never forget the kindness she extended towards me and my family. She was an incredible teacher but also cared for her students like they were her own kids. I remember one day, my parents couldn’t pick me up from school so she offered to drive me home that evening. She didn’t have to but she did, and it’s things like that make me think of her and how she’s doing every once in a while.

I don’t know why I hesitate when I think about reaching out to my teachers. I think about this a lot actually. I guess I’m scared they won’t remember me and it’ll be “weird” but honestly who cares because there’s nothing weird about telling someone how much of a positive impact they’ve left on your life, FOR life. So, no more hesitating. I’m writing my favorite teachers and professors right now, and thanking them for helping to shape me into the woman I am today. I urge you to do the same and make them smile.

Haven’t slept in a year

No but really. @samlivits was really concerned about us taking on this project as we were already dying from keeping up with the growth of @popflex_active.

He wasn’t wrong. There were numerous times this year when we both nearly broke - pushed past our edge, dealing with new problems day after day, week after week. 2024 never gave us a break.

But somehow, we made it to the @blogilates for @target launch in one piece, I think. I’m so exhausted. I can’t believe 2025 is about to begin. I kind of wish time could stop. I just need one moment to breathe.

Thank you everyone for your constant love and enthusiasm. Your energy fuels me.
