I hope you had a fabulous weekend! Today is Monday and the start of the end of #JuneonFire! What what!??? Crazy. Can you believe you almost made it the whole way through? Let’s power it up these next 7 days and FINISH STRONG!!! Today I have for you “Heart on Fire” which will seriously make you scream and sweat! Some awesome new moves in there. The “Tree Pop” for example really challenged my balance and my quads. I nearly fell because my body wasn’t used to it but ohhhh boyyyy was I burning the next day! Go ahead and click play! Try to challenge a friend to do it with you too! Physically or virtually 🙂
I also wanted to share some bits and pieces from my weekend! I got to meet up with Bubz from Bubzbeauty (third from left) who has been using POP Pilates to get in shape for her wedding! She came all the way from Hong Kong and when we finally saw in each other in real life, I felt like I already knew her! We really connected on many levels, and I am so happy that we are now real life friends. I even put Bubz through a hard workout while she was here and left her sore all the way back on the plane ride home. I would say that’s a fair parting gift yes?
It was also really cool to hang with Wendy from Wendy’s Lookbook (second from left) and Jen from Frmheadtotoe (far right). I felt like we were girlfriends getting together after not seeing each other for a while…though we never even met before…felt very connected! I think the YouTube community is awesome and the people are so friendly. I am fortunate to be making new friends here! It’s always such a blessing to have like minded, good hearted, and positive people around you. Choosing the right people to surround you directly affects your happiness.

Yesterday I attended my cousin Carolyn’s wedding! She looked so beautiful. My whole fam flew down for it. Jackelyn and I grew up with Carolyn and her sis playing tennis and going to Sanrio together. It was so lovely to see her getting married. The whole wedding was soooo cute and perfect. It’s the first wedding among us cousins…I wonder who’s next?
