4 Super Easy Healthy Breakfast Ideas!

 Hey guys!

I am soooo excited to share this new video with you because not only is it fun to watch (I actually was having too much of an awesome time dancing and cooking so you’ll see of my weirdness) but the recipes are SUPER CRAZY simple. I know we’re all really busy, so these recipes will truly help you stay healthy while not taking away too much time from your daily to-do list!

Here are your recipes!

1. Energy Wrap

1 whole grain tortilla

2 TBS of natural organic peanut butter

1 or 1/2 small banana sliced

2 strawberries slice

a dash of cinnamon

Directions: This one is so easy to make! Just spread your PB on the wrap, chop up your fruit, place on top, and roll it up! That’s pretty much it!

4. BLOGILATES BANANA PANCAKES

YUM!!!

For the berry apple sauce:

1/2 apple

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup berries

For pancakes:

2 eggs

1 banana

(use 2 if you really like banana flavor!)

Directions: To make the berry applesauce, just blend the apple, water, and berries together for about 10 sec. Then set aside. For the pancakes, just blend the eggs and the banana(s). Set your pan on medium heat and spray with coconut oil. The our a little batter on. When the surface of the pancake starts to bubble, flip it! If you find trouble with this recipe, try adding baking powder or decreasing your banana ratio. Also, make sure it’s blended thoroughly with no chunks! That helps too. When you’re done, stack the pancakes, pour the sauce on, and top with berries. LITERALLY SO GOOD.

That’s just one of the many new and improved recipes from Hot Body Year Round! I can’t believe there’s only like a week and a half until my book comes out! I’m dying! WHAT!!!

I hope you pre-ordered your copy because it honestly means sooooo much to me guys! This book is for you and I poured my whole body and soul into this. When I make something for you, I want it to add so much value into your life, or else, I’m not gonna make it!

Also, I just wanted to let you know too that the other day Random House told me that the pre-orders have been going so well that we’re pretty much sold out of tote bags! (Woohoo go us!) However, they encouraged me to put “while supplies last” on hotbodybook.com so that if we run out, we don’t have to ship anymore. I think though, they didn’t want to put extra stress on me.

But you know what? I don’t care about extra stress! When I promise you guys something, I stick to my words.

Immediately after hearing the news, I called up my manufacturer and we’re already in motion. We currently are in the process of making more tote bags for you guys as I type 🙂

cassey and canvas tote

And to answer your questions, yes you get a tote bag whether you order from Amazon or from bookdepository.com (free shipping for internationals). Oh and just so you know, at first everyone was against shipping the totes to all my international POPsters but I fought for you, so now everyone gets it. You just have to fill out the form on hotbodybook.com afterwards to get it. Don’t forget ok!!! The book and bag come separately and from different places.

If you order the book now, it will arrive on April 7th!

AHHHHH!

Ok well that is all for now. I love you so much. Hope you love these recipes 🙂 Please hashtag #cheapcleaneats when you post a pic so I can like and comment on your recreation!

    Heyyy
Do you think these banana pancakes are good for my postworkout meal when i workout late?

    1. Natasha says:

Yeah, especially as there’s no gluten involved! Just make sure not to work out to late, or you’ll have trouble falling asleep.

Why would they not allow you? Try explaining to them that you’re trying to move to healthier food alternatives, I don’t think it’s something they can argue about.
If it’s because the ingredients might be expensive you can always try to substitute it. Berries and kiwis are super expensive in my country so I use cheaper fruits such as mango.
      Good luck

    Hi Cassey,
I love the banana pancakes with berry apple sauce. Looks delish!!!! I was wondering what the serving size is for them because you put the calories and other nutrition facts but I do not know how many pancakes that is for?

  11. Jiri says:

The pancake recipe sounds great, I have never try just to mix eggs with banana and make a pancake out of that. I am looking forward trying that.

    Thanks for sharing the recipe.

  12. David says:

  13. An says:

    Hi Cassey

Thanks for everything. Because of your app I lost 10 kilo’s. Yeah! Happy me. I am becoming a real popster :-). I tell everyone how great you are.
I still have 2 kilo’s to my goal and I can’t get them off. It is so frustrated. I eat clean, drink a lot off water (have your bottle), train 5 or 6 days a week with the app (I do all the workouts for that day) and walk 10.000 steps a day.
    But it won’t come off.
Is it because I started jogging? I am training for the Nike women’s run 10k in Amsterdam. I just did the 5k Electric run in Amsterdam. So I am also doing my cardio.
What do I do wrong? Please help me with some tips, tricks and inspiration.

    Many thanks and much love,
    An

PS: I already pre-ordered your book. 6 days to go

    1. Madeh says:

hey An! Since you say you’re doing runs in amsterdam, i guess you’re dutch? if not let me know, but:
spieren zijn zwaarder dan vet. Veel mensen komen, wanneer ze gaan sporten, zelfs aan! let dus niet op je gewicht, maar op je figuur. Als je het figuur hebt bereikt waar je tevreden mee bent, hoef je heus niet meer te letten op de cijfertjes op de weegschaal. good luck xx

  14. Ania says:

Thank You Cassey again, for all you do for us! For your time to write this motivating posts, for your videos, and of course for your book. I’m that kind of person, who love books, so it was great decision to write it.
But the most I wanna thank to you is for fighting for us, when we speak about this Tote bags. It would be so unfair, when not everyone could have chance to get one of these. Especially, when you said, that there was some discuss about sending them only for US POPsters. But thanks to you, we can get not only a great book, but also a proof of your honour to us, and this is BIG, THANK YOU AGAIN! It’s mean to me so much, because, even though, I’m a mother, I couldn’t affort these book (I’ve sent you a letter and explain everything, I do’t want to talk about it in public). But my struggle was worth it, and after 2 months part time job I’ve earned enough to buy Your Book, I’m so proud of it! So many thanks to you, because I think, that I’m not only one, who had to work hard, to get The Hot Body Year Round.

  15. Melissa says:

  17. Hello Cassey,

I bumped onto this blog post on a social networking website, and I can attest that your breakfast ideas are superb and worth trying.
I happened to enjoy some tasty breakfast last Saturday with friends, which was yummy so I had to take some pictures just before I took my breakfast, and uploaded it on my blog. later that day we were treated to a sumptuous lunch which I also uploaded. Perhaps you can check them out to get a few ideas that may be used in your next blog post.

    Hope to frequent your blog.

    Thanks.

  22. Kat says:

Cassey, you have the greatest integrity I’ve seen from any online personality. It would have been so easy to throw a “while supplies last” notice up, but I admire you for standing up against that and putting your fans first. You’re an awesome inspiration in all ways imaginable 🙂

  23. Trish says:

    Hi Cassey,
I’m so excited, I got my book already! I don’t know how but it was delivered on March 26! I just wanted to check – I’m in Canada and ordered my book from Chapters, do I still qualify for the tote bag? I did enter my information on hotbodybook.com. Thanks!

  24. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and I love a breakfast with a lot of tastes and variety — just like you’ve provided here. Thanks for that. And congrats on the “stressful” sales success! 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend!

  25. those wraps look delicious!

  26. Kerra says:

I question the accuracy of your macro analysis for the Rainbow Parfait. Coconut yogurt has a negligible amount of protein, so I fail to see how you arrived at 20 grams of protein. Could you explain? Thanks in advance.

  27. Kaedi says:

Thanks for the coconut yogurt tip! I think I’m lactose intolerant. 🙁

  28. Great article! I have been searching for someone to instruct me in pilates. Las Vegas has so many pretenders; it is difficult to know who to choose.

  32. Abby says:

Hello! I love your YouTube channel so much! I’m looking to make healthy pancakes, as they are my favourite breakfast, but I cannot have the ones that you make, because they have eggs in them and I am vegan. Is there any way that I can make them that is vegan? I can’t wait to see more of your videos and whatever you have next!
    -Abby

  33. Excited for the launch of your book, cassey! I knew you were always destined for grestness the moment I discovered yiur channel. the way you conduct yourself and your channel, I knew you were gonna be big and fast forward like 8 years…I was right!!!
