  • Results keep me coming back

I love working out because of the rush of endorphins I have afterwards; I can not get that rush from anything else 🙂
Of course, I love the results, but did you know that cardiovascular exercise releases endorphins at higher amounts than anaerobic exercise?

I have a desk job and have to MOVE when I get off work.
I love a good hot shower, especially after a really sweaty workout. I feel like I “deserve” it.
    Gym clothes are the bomb.
I’ve never experienced a “runners high”, never enjoy it while I’m doing it, and always look forward to being done….but I LOVE the way my body looks when I’m working out consistently and I feel much better day to day.
    My husband thinks I’m hot!
I have a degree in Kinesiology so I’ve done PLENTY of research/studying the human body. The body was designed to move and you’re only hurting yourself by not working out.

It makes me feel good, and tired. Gives me a reason to eat cleaner. Makes me sweat, and sweating in a workout tells me I’m progressing. Some people don’t sweat because hadn’t work enough harder. 🙂 also gives me some time to stop just Overthinking.

    All of your reasons-obviously-
I love working out because it
-makes me feel great and happy.
-Makes me healthier and look better hehe
    -It’s great fun (sometimes)
But i would’ve never stuck to a routine or start exercising as much as i do if it wasn’t for you and your great attitude in your videos (the calender really helps as well). You are so motivational and inspiiring…thankyou soo much.for that. Working out is just a great way to feel good about something once in a while 🙂

Hi Cassey 🙂 I like working out cos I get to wear cute outfits and I get to let out pent energy… if I don’t workout for a few days I feel all this pent up energy in me… or sometimes I feel sluggish. And also the other reasons that was said by the other commentors too…! But these two are the main reasons… 🙂

  6. Rebecca says:

    Hey Cassey,

My sister (who is a work-out-aholic while I definitely am not) showed me your videos a little bit ago, and now I’m hooked! I’ve only been doing them for 2 weeks and already I feel stronger and more energized throughout the week (even on days I don’t work out!). I especially like the videos for the core and legs since I have a sitting job and am a terrible sloucher. 😛 Just wanted to say thanks for posting these videos for everyone and that they are making a difference in my life!

    Much love,
    Rebecca

I love the feeling when I’m taking a core-class and the instructor shows us how to make the exercise we’re doing harder, and I totally pull it of the whole way!!

The feeling after a looooooong stretch or yoga!

I love that EVERYTHING tastes better after a workout!

  9. Thao says:

I love working out because I always feel relaxed afterwards. Plus, when I get a good sweat in, my skin always feels better. LOL

  10. Janet says:

Love your reasons! I also love the way working out can curb my restlessness and energize me at the same time…I love the shape it gives my body…working out empowers me because I keep finding out I can do things I never thought I could–and LOVE it at the same time…I’ve learned to love sweat, red faces, sore muscles, and my body!

  11. rebecca says:

the sleep is SOOOO good! 🙂

  12. Anna says:

I enjoy concentrating on just working my body hard while in good form. I like looking at myself while I workout, seeing the sweat, glow, and my muscles flex! I feel pretty and strong when I work out. It makes me feel that no matter what I am facing, it will turn out well if not great!

  13. C.S says:

My favourite feeling is when you’ve pushed past your limits and your mind stops telling your body to quit cause you feel invincible at that point. The adrenaline is amazing. 🙂

I have a request Cassey! Can you make a video on strengthening the upper body? Particularly the muscles that are required to do chinups/pullups. I can’t do them to save my life. 🙁

  14. Tessa says:

I enjoy working out because it’s making me love myself again. I’ve lost 40 lbs, but have struggled to see myself as beautiful, and working out has helped me boost my confidence and get me through the day! 🙂

  15. John says:

I feel really sore especially when I woke up this morning, But its AWESOME. I think working out provides me with tons of benefits! I feel energized and on top of the world sometimes because of all the endorphins that rushes through. After 15 minutes into my workout I get a great pump and it gets addicting! Also after a good workout, I feel like my body demands nutritious food, which forces me to eat healthy. Finally, it gives me confidence. I love working out and that’s the way the cookie crumbles! ( mmm… I had some cookies last night as a reward)

  16. chelsea says:

It proves that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. I never imagined running 3 miles a year and a half ago. Today? I’m training for a half marathon! It feels great.

  17. ashley says:

    It makes me feel energized.
I get to wear booty shorts in the winter without people looking at me weird.
I love the way my muscles feel the next day after a workout.
I am not grumpy and I am motivated throughout my whole day.
I am showing my children that working out is a healthy part of life and it is not a chore.
    I am a role model. 🙂

  18. Sara says:

I workout because it makes me feel amazing!!! Nothing beats a runners high or the acomplishment of an hour wkout!!Especially your wkouts Cassie!!
