    This was an absolute mess i loved it 🤣 because of the constant change of moves in such a short time, i was so focused on changing, i hardly noticed how hard it was and how tired i am 🤣🤣👏👏👏

    Not a fan of this work-out – not knowing what happens next and changing so quickly meant that I couldn’t really concentrate/fix my form before the next move. Love it when Jacqueline and Cassey host together but this one was probably a miss

    I wish I could do boat pose longer than a few seconds without my lower back killing me. I’ve only consistently been doing Pop Pilates for a couple of months though, so it probably just takes time.
