the very last sit up move was my favorite but im def out of shape because i couldnt keep my elbows behind my head. I had to hold my elbows by the sides of my head. BUT ONE DAY i WILL be ABLE to do that move without the help from my arms and hands muscles helping my abs. BUT ALL THAT MATTERS is that i DID MY VERY BEST and that I showed up for this workout and did it from start to finish. Thanks Cassey! Its been about 5-6 years since i last used your workout videos but when you first started out i was an active user of your blog and workouts and IM GLAD TO BE BACK!

The single legged sit up was probably my favorite because I was working my abs and stretching my hamstrings.

  3. Reign says:

The sit up bend was probably my favorite move out of the abs. The bird-dog was also whoo! Great workout <3

  4. Bonnie Kwon says:

    I like side plank dip❤️

  5. Valerie BT says:

Idk why but this felt harder that those pretzel moves 🤦‍♀️ Thanks Cassey 💖 it’s an apartment friendly workout I’m happy 🙆‍♀️

  6. Samantha Torres says:

Is there a way to work up to side planks ?

    1. jelena_stanic says:

try to do it on your knees first

      1. Valerie BT says:

        I think that’ll work! Thank you ❣️

  7. Dani says:

Is there an alternative for the PushUps if you have wrist problems?

  8. luv2dance686 says:

Love these dance-like kick moves! So great to the slow songs. Relaxing and painful at the same time 🙂

  9. Rachel D says:

    Wow, this was tough.

  10. Jenny says:

When I do push ups, at some point without warning, my shoulder goes KRRRCHH and hurts for days … Maybe I should replace those for something else …

  11. Rachel D says:

I DID IT 90%!!! I couldn’t have boasted like this August this year.

  12. Danielle says:

OMG! I can’t believe I’m strong enough to do this now! 3 weeks ago this would’ve been impossible but the beginner calendar is making me strong!!!

  13. lisaprettypetals says:

  14. NanoYoga says:

I love love this workout! I love how its been filmed, how each move is specific to a body area and all in one video. Amazing! Thank you Cassey & the team. <3

The side plank moves are so hard!!! Especially after having worked out arms right before!

  18. Spavlovets says:

  22. hamoore83 says:

LOVE the way this was set up! By far my favorite total body ever.

  23. Andreadt47 says:

Oh, it burns so good! I definitely took it slower and modified a bit, but I’m excited to work my way up to this video! Thank you!

  24. fabzara0017 says:

through out the entire video i only liked the last move (flippers) and the crunches, the rest were just ugh

  25. elliscunningham@hotmail.co.uk says:

I’m sorry to be negative but this is your worst video. Arms and abs is just dreadful. I’m not a beginner and I can hardly do any of these moves, I felt so discouraged and unmotivated.

    1. JoJo_TheWriter says:

      Keep trying, you’ll get better

  26. SelienVermeiren says:

My lower back hurts when I try the excersises like the standing but pulse, tricep pushups, wide pushups.. Any tips?

  27. Monique_Angelica says:

After doing the some of the videos, I got dizzy so I drank some water, then I got sleepy now I’m thinking I’ll take a nap before I start the rest of the videos. I have been a fan of blogilates for more than 3 years now but I don’t really follow the calendar and I do some of the videos thrice every month. But I need to start giving what my body needs and not what I want so I am back in the game! Plus I’m really not getting any younger and I am starting to hate my fats because they don’t look baby fats anymore. So, even though my body is screaming ‘I hate you! Why are you doing this to me?’ I need to push myself and endure until my body starts loving what I am putting it through 🙂

  28. Syhn says:

Thanks a lot .you are amazing.love it

  29. superstargirl00 says:

I love most of these videos, but I’m not a fan of this one… I felt like I could barely do the moves, especially the flying bird dog, low starfish side plank, and the sit up bends. Instead of making me feel like I got a good workout, they left me feeling discouraged.

    1. summermigliori says:

This sums up exactly how i feel right now! I know I’ll get stronger and I have to keep working at it but dang 🙁 thankfully I got a good work out from the other three videos on the calendar

  30. Liza Marie says:

    Flutters got me ded!

  31. klstorck20 says:

    I loved this!

  32. dianaalrabadi says:

    march 1st completed!!

  33. lovelyyy87 says:

it really bothers me when there is super advanced moves without any workouts leading up to them. for example, Cassey has repeatedly said that it took her a long time to work up to tricep push-ups, but the moves are in almost every arm work-out without first strengthening the triceps themselves. it discourages me.

    1. Baraa says:

Yeah my entire body is strong enough for this workout but every time I come across the tricep pushups I just come very little down and do them half times as she does 🙁

      1. popster818 says:

You can totally modify by doing them on your knees until you get stronger 😊

        1. Engelica says:

to add on, practice going as low as you can and as you do that, you’ll find that you’re completing a whole tricep pushup!

  34. yeisermom says:

One of these days I’ll be able to crunch up without straining myself lol!!

  35. Cormritt says:

Is there a side plank substitute ??I don’t have the strength for those side planks YET. Is there something I can do to build that strength?

    1. samd says:

Hey, you can do side planks on your knees until you build up the strength for the full extension ones!

      1. Cormritt says:

        Thank you so much~!

  36. Katie says:

I love your video! I have EDS which is a rare connective tissue disorder so I can’t workout like I want to or keep up with most videos like this. You have such a sweet and kind personality that I feel like I can pace myself and not feel ashamed. Thank you so much for making these. Plus my 7 month old son likes to watch the video while I workout with you. 🙂 so that helps a lot! We both love the music. 🙂

  37. sporty702 says:

What is the first song in the workout?

  38. MARINA says:

I REALLY LOVED THE ABS-SPLIT MOVES AT ALMOST THE END.. THE MIX BETWEEN WORKING OUT AND STRETCHING IS GREAT
