    Just wondering a couple things. When I do pigeon pose, I don’t really feel it in my hip flexors, I feel it more in my glutes. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I try the stretch holding my leg and going over to the side and leaning, my other leg muscles start cramping. Granted, I am doing this after a walk/run, so could that have something to do with the muscle cramps? Thanks!

    I don’t know if I’m doing the hip flexer one wrong Cos first of all I don’t have a gap and I barely feel it in my hips when I push down let alone both the hip flexers and it’s supposed to hurt right?

    It’s the second stretching video I’m doing from the beginner calendar and I already improved a lot! I’m laughing a lot doing it because my flexibility is terrible but it’s part of the fun too! I love seeing myself getting better each time, thank you!

    Cassey, you’re stretching videos are perfection (all of them all, but I especially love stretching with you). Do you have/could you make a video specifically for desk jobs? I’m not sure what to stretch or work out after a whole day of sitting.

    I’ve been running for years, and my muscles are really tight as I’ve never really stretched. My flexibility is lamentable – but even though I can only minimally do these exercises, I loved this workout, and hope find the self discipline to carry on humiliating myself by attempting them regularly!     Hi Cassey! I was thinking it would be AMAZING if you could make a short stretching routine you can do behind your desk? I have long days at the office and I can’t really do any “real” stretching, but it would be great to have some moves you can do to not feel totally cramped at the end of the day!
