Earthquake always gets me! 😢😢😢
When she said we should get lower the third time in the earthquake move, I just collapsed. How could she balance in that position????
Another great one that challenges me at my level. I love when I can keep the intensity lower, but looking forward to the day when I can do all the moves as Cassey does them!
