2 unskippable ads and no modifications for beginners. Not a good video

  2. LexyA says:

Anyone else just done this video as part of today’s calendar workout and thought, this must be at least the 3rd video today for sure… and then been terrified to realise it’s only the 2nd!?

    1. LexyA says:

Haha! I was just about to post that I’ve never done this video before but I really like the combo of abs and arms – then I see I have done it before! Think maybe I’m getting better?! Though i still found this one REALLY hard work.

  3. Angie says:

I don’t know why but I found this one so hard. I’m on the last week of the Beginner’s Calendar. Getting tired now haha

    1. Traceymp says:

      Same!

  4. ameliajones says:

genuine question, why do our forearms need to be in elevens and not clasped when doing the hip twists?

  5. Whiizkid says:

    Challenge. ..absolutely

  6. Stephanie says:

Doing the beginners calendar and these workouts are so difficult to do because my arms are still so sore from two days ago D:

Ha ha, Same here! I actually took a day off in between, my arms (and thighs) were shaking when carrying my toddler in my arms :p

  7. soniarosa says:

I really like the exercises, but could you do a demonstration one before each mat move? It was hard to keep my form in plank and crank my neck up to watch the tv in the middle of the workout.

    1. LexyA says:

Yes! I keep having to move my laptop too to be able to see Cassey in different positions from my mat.

  8. Windadewi says:

Doint my first one after awhile. Skip 1/4 of the workouts

  9. timeturner36 says:

this is an awesome work out!

  10. Rachel D says:

WOW! I am out of words.

  11. Grace Miller says:

I was good until that extended plank! My whole body was wobbling

  12. Grace Miller says:

I was good until that extended plank! My whole body was trembling

  13. Kourtney says:

I am so tired of trying to do one of these moves, trying it and falling. I really hate planks and planks are all this workout is. I want to do arm exercises to strengthen arms, not planks where I feel the burn in my legs only. So over leg exercises!

    1. cate.k says:

A plank is NOT a leg excerise if done properly it is an awesome ab workout! if your legs are working more you are to high try to keep your body straight your butt should not be above your abs or thighs. keep working at it never let one thing keep you from getting that work out in.

With this one being the LAST workout for the Bridal Bootcamp calendar — WOW! I feel like my arms are pretty strong, and I love planks, but all I do was laugh when my arms gave out on me in plank and I fell to the floor. They were already toast by this point! Great burn….hoping to feel nice and sore tomorrow! 🙂

  15. Engelica says:

There’s no better feeling than anticipating another move and then realizing the workout’s FINISHED! 😀

  16. monarivas says:

I hate the plank parts, they are difficult for me to hold. The only ones I can stand are the ones that involve hip twist.

  17. Jackson says:

Great didn’t think the arm side of things would be good coz there were no weights involved but perfect workout to do with not much time to spare but if ur looking for an ab workout do this as a warm up

  18. popster_eminnz says:

    Great arm workout! Loved it!

  19. BookNerd113 says:

So, whenever I do oil riggers my elbows hurt. It’s not like a stabbing pain, but it’s enough to make me think “maybe I shouldn’t be feeling like this”. Is it normal to feel pain in your elbows or am I doing something wrong?

  20. Sohainaa Farrukh says:

Someday I’ll be able to hold those planks :/

  21. eo4wellness says:

    Really enjoy this one!

  22. bellorie says:

the plank related moves are so hard for me omg…I hope I can actually do the moves in the future when Im more fit. The oil riggers?? are the most difficult for me omg. Love this though.

  23. Emilianne Nicolier says:

The abs-part was too hard for me, fell flat on the floor trying all of those plank-stuff anyway (and did something easier whenever I fell on the third attempt). Liked the vid, though, will return to it after I’m a bit fitter 😀

  24. pilgrimkat37 says:

Honestly, this is probably the most difficult of any of the videos for me. Oft.

  25. c_ath says:

yikes, I was feeling the burn in the first exercise

  26. eo4wellness says:

    liked the hip-dip planks

  27. jnaughti says:

The plank section is so challenging! I barely get through it but one of these days I’ll get through it with ease!

  28. yeisermom says:

Someday I’ll get to the advanced moves with this!!

  29. Mariee1986041 says:

wow this was intense. I feel like I am starting to get the body that I want though

  30. GreyNox says:

Starts out easy but those planks are insane! It doesn’t help that I sweat and start slipping everywhere on my mat! Someday I’ll finish this…

  31. Eunice says:

Almost got through 3 full apartment workout vids; this one tripped me up. Gonna keep trying!
