made it half way before really starting to feel it
I felt this more in my outer thighs and hips, Am I doing this wrong?? or am I going it to feel it tomorrow??
Add a resistance band if it’s too easy!

My hip joints started hurting at the end. I’ve done this before but it has never happened before. Anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong, or any way I could have started overusing those joints?
I nearly died in the end! Good one!
