    Cassey! Thank you SO MUCH for these workouts. I am normally a runner/weight lifter, but I fell and sprained my ankle really badly a few weeks ago. I cannot run (obviously), and I don’t yet feel stable enough to safely work with dumbbells. These workouts are saving my life. I can not wait to explore more of your challenges and I just order the peach-covered fitness planner!

    Also, when I used to work at a grocery store as a teenager, one customer would always loop all of his bags together with a carabiner so that he could move them in one trip. Maybe try that next time instead of cutting off your circulation, LOL.
