Can’t believe I got through all 4 moves without stopping! Triceps are still on fire!
I don’t know why but I really don’t like the music in the first part, so it makes the exercise a lot harder.
As a bigger girl (I weigh into the 200s) some of these moves that you do are incredibly hard… But I’m still trying!!! Today I finish my first full week!!

I can never do eagle abs 🙁 does anyone have any tips?
I find them easier when I dont fully cross the legs like she does.
When ever I cannot do a move, I get my body into as close to the position she is doing as I can, and just keep doing the move until eventually viola–success.
As always love these quick full body workouts! Felt the burn 🙂
