This was very challenging. 2019 is my year of abs focus.
Love this workout. My goal is to be able to stay in the teaser without holding my ankles. Did it for 5 seconds. Getting there😁
Same! I was able to hold mine for about half and then I was like “Nope” and started to hold my calves lol
Hey Cassey, I was just wondering if you had any tips to prevent a sore neck during the ballerina sit ups? I think I was doing them incorrectly and I’d appreciate it if you had any hints to keep the form x
