OMG my butt is on fire!! I did the 3 other vids of the 4th of november before and this was so hard to do! thks cassie
Great WO!! But the ‘sweat time’ in the description isn’t very accurate.
Other than the grasshoppers, I don’t feel this in my butt at all. A little bit in my outer thighs, but mostly in my hip flexors.
I was able to finish one side without stopping today!!!! However once I got to the other side I had to take a couple breathers….baby steps
hi! when doing these all i feel is cramping instead of soreness. also, my hips really hurt, too. any advice?
Anyone else get mad cramps in the leg you’re leaning on or am i doing something wrong? I physically can’t do more than 2 or 3 reps without proper cramping up 🙁
I just did this as part of the March 2018 calendar and MAN, I feel like I could have done this easy on it’s own but after the other three videos I was DYING. Soooo sore!

Definitely had to take some mini-breaks! But I can feel myself getting stronger and I can’t wait until I can do this workout all the way through one day!

The first move made my leg tired more than my butt, don’t think I did it correctly.

this was insane and my thighs and butt were burning/hurting in a really bad way but i am determined to conquer this workout!!
That was really hard! I had to modify the whole time until the end….. I will get stronger 💪

I can only just barely manage this on my left side, and even then I’m not sure if leg twitches count as circles! My right hip hurts (and not the good kind) when I try on the right side, so on the thigh for that one.
I could only do the pulses on my arm, the rest I had to do on my hips and I was still almost crying from pain and had to stop for a sec a few times, my legs felt like logs of wood and my butt died QnQ At least it works :’D
So that was awful!!!! I had to stop several times…not even sure my legs were making circles after a while
